Winn-Dixie

I made a wonderful master piece. OMG! I ABSOLUTELY L❤VE this Winn-Dixie the store was immaculate, prices a little on the high end but the quality is amazing. They have great customer service and everything looked wonderful... did I mention EVERYTHING LOOKED WONDERFUL!!! I don't live out here but I most definitely will be returning. GREAT JOB store manager you should be very proud of your staff. 👍🏾👍🏾 I went only to purchase Sunday dinner and came out with over $200 worth of fruits, vegetables, meats and baked goods.. AWESOME!

Always have a good experience at Winn Dixie.. meats are always great... Lines are always short so no worries if you're in a hurry...

Everything was very easy to fine. The store was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful.

You just can't go wrong shopping at this store, they got something for everyone. Pharmacy, deli, bakery, meat department, a great selection of produce and groceries and helpful friendly employees. I always enjoy visiting Alexander City Winn Dixie

Love, love, love this grocery store so much!! Great selections and prices! The Weekend Sale is almost ALWAYS good discounts, and the points system is such a great perc for customers, especially customers like us that go to Winn-Dixie several times a week!! Shout out to the Meat department, seafood department, and the Deli for having great departments! Produce is awesome too, if they are stocked up. Bakery could use some help, but they are great.
**P.S.** The Pharmacy is so great! They are really busy sometimes, but they all are so polite and so helpful!

Had everything I wanted and more

They had almost everything I needed. I had to get some crackers in the SE brand because they were out of my usual. I got the SE crackers to try, because everything else I have got in that brand has been good, so I will find out. I was wanting some Strawberry Kiwi on-the-go Benefiber but they only had the regular flavor. I will have to go somewhere else.

The store was well lite and laid-out nicely. You had room to maneuver the aisles well. The prices were VERY comparable to other grocery stores and they had some Awesome deals and Specials.
The meat and vegetables and fruit looked nice and fresh. Most of the shelves were well stocked--I was able to find a certain brand of toliet paper which was not readily available in the city where I reside.
I had misplaced my Winn Dixie card and the lady at the Customer Service Desk was extremely helpful...she even assisted me with downloading the app.
Since she knew I had a card, but I couldn't remember my old telephone number that it was set up on--and I was going to apply for a new card, she let me use the store's discount card, which was EXTREMELY generous and kind of her.
The cashier was quick, but yet still friendly and another employee helped bag my items since my order was bigger than a normal order.
The women got a young man to assist me with my groceries, since it took two buggies. The young man did his Best to load the groceries in my trunk and patiently waited while I emptied it of a couple of items.
One of the buggies got away from him after he was finished unloading the groceries and he had to Sprint across the parking lot to keep it from hitting a truck....and he caught the buggy before it could bump into anything.
He then came back and helped me finish loading the car. He was VERY friendly and talkative...which made me quite comfortable around him.
Overall it was an Excellent experience and I will Definitely visit this Grocery Store Again! I REALLY wished we had a Winn Dixie in our city of Sylacauga!

There’s nothing fancy about this store, but when I’m at the lake I’m not looking for fancy. The store is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, they have all the basics I need including a good selection of beer and wine, and the prices are good as long as you use their loyalty program for discounts. And there are even a couple of RedBox machines outside to keep the family entertained after the sun goes down.

I had a very good experience with Ms. Fay, which turned into a encounter with Ms. Sharon. We had a good conversation about cold syrup, hot syrup, and marital and non- marital relationships. Their customer service was excellent. They both had conversations with me while I waited for my wife, who only went into the store for 2 bags of shrimp. She eventually came to the register with a basket full of groceries, after almost an hour of her grabbing 2 things.

Neat and clean. Also pretty well stocked for a a Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.

The lady in deli was so helpful to us. My brother is 80 years old and half way on the way from SC to bring him to our house for Christmas we got a call we had been exposed to covid and could be not near my brother. I called the deli and asked to irder a Christmas Dinner on a short notice and she sure did. He had a dinner fit for a king. Christmas for my brother was saved! Thank you!

Always clean. Friendly employees too. They usually offer great sale prices on various items, and their produce section offers really good fruits and vegetables.

This store nicely kept, and laid out well. The employees are willing to help you locate what you are looking for. The prices are in range not high. I have no complaints here and have no problem recommending others to shop here.

I love Winn Dixie! The sales are great, & that's when I stock up. Their normal prices are kinda high, but if you hit the weekly sales, you can get most everything you need. I wish we had one closer to our house & town!

Still have the old scale I would weigh my self on as a kid the place is clean and well organized a long with super nice employees

My location for pharmacy assisting preparations, awesome grocery store. Winn-Dixie has great produce, the rewards program is a tremendous asset for customers. Items are priced well.

The store is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have tons of 10/$10 and BOGO items every week. It is much better shopping there than trekking through Walmart.
