Upon arriving, I was very kindly greeted and asked right away if I needed assistance. Then I made my requests, I was very accommodated and shown every model, price, and design there was to offer. After making my decision the staff was very diligent on making sure I received everything I asked for. Finally, my I was very content with my purchase and am anxiously waiting for my new furniture.

The sales rep was friendly, socialable, patient, and helpful. All questions were answered, and any time I called, my initial sales rep was immediately present to assist me with my needs. Not only were the items beautiful (purchased) , but the attitudes (of the present workers during my day of furniture viewing, as well as the delivery guys) of the Badcock employees are beautiful too! #ThisGoesALongWay

Prompt greeting at the door and was then left alone to browse. Once we had questions they were quick to answer. We picked out a set and asked questions about pricing and payment options. The application process was quick and we were approved in minutes. From there the paperwork only took a few minutes. Delivery next week!

Had a great experience shopping with Badcock. Susan made it very convenient when making my purchase. The delivery was quick and both delivery men, Chris and Terrance, were very courteous and set up the furniture quickly and how I wanted. We bought an entire living room set and loving it! Quality furniture and very comfy!
