Really enjoying Austin Physical Therapy. Friendly staff and convenient location. Everyone there has a great attitude! Tony seems to genuinely care about my needs. He does a great job of explaining the exercises we are doing. He always has a smile on his face. He asks me throughout the therapy how I am doing.

Have been going here for 18 months initially for back issues and now knee replacement therapy. Care is excellent, personal, professional and the therapists are firm but encouraging. Never feel that I am asked to do anything beyond my ability at that time
Have made great progress at this center and very convenient to boot!

After a car accident I was rehabilitated at Austin Physical Therapy and progressed quickly and with wonderful results. I went from wheelchair to walking. I regained complete flexibility in my broken wrist. It was a quiet environment that was essential to dealing with my concussion issues. The care I received six years ago made returning to Austin Physical Therapy to attend my current issue a frozen shoulder an easy choice. They listen to your concerns and adjust as you progress making each visit a personal journey in healing.

Excellent care! Individual attention & exercises tailored to me. Already have decreased back pain and increased mobility after just 2 visits! Highly recommend these therapists.

I had such a great experience at Austin PT! My shoulder pain had gotten to the point that it was not only limiting what I could do at the gym, but it was also hurting throughout the day, most any time I reached for something overhead. After a few months of physical therapy, I can now workout at the gym pain-free, and it no longer hurts throughout the day! I also learned a lot about what I can do on my own going forward to prevent the pain from returning. The staff was really friendly, and the therapists were super knowledgeable and attentive to my specific goals. I’d highly recommend them!

Going to Austin Physical Therapy for for total knee replacement therapy. I have been going to the Hampton Cove location, working with several different therapists. They understand my game plan, and worked with me on meeting that game plan. Started in Aug 2021 to recover from left knee surgery, meeting my target of Thanksgiving weekend in time for a theatre install. Back to them in Feb 2022 from right knee surgery with game plan of being completed middle of June in time for 4 July pyrotechnics. They have been wonderful both in the sessions and encouraging me to do the home exercises needed. I have been asked where I did my thearapy and am happy to suggest them as a therapy location.

Austin PT is the best in town! Kevin and Jay helped me deal with my neck and hip with positive results. The atmosphere is professional, caring, and fun!! All therapists are serious and dedicated to healing!! Will return in the future if needed.

Working three years with Kasi training using TPI for golf fitness and life in general. My back pain is gone and I have reached goals in golf that were once unthinkable. I have enjoyed my time at Austin PT I have brought my parents to the PT side. My mom (86) really enjoys working with Tony and has improved greatly.

Can't say enough good things about this place. I have worked with Jay, Mary and mostly Boyd over the last few years with my chronic pain and the frequent injuries that come with my specific condition. I appreciate the reliable pain relief, teaching, patience shown, and comfort given. I mostly went to the Jones Valley office and can't leave out the kindness and helpfulness from their receptionist Donna. Well done Austin Physical Therapy.

I would give Austin PT 6 stars if I could. I have multiple tears in my knee from a skiing injury in March. Tony Southard is my therapist. He is the best!! He pushes me hard. That’s what I need. We have a plan. We are trying to heal without surgery and I will meet that goal. My other goal is to get back on the tennis court. I’m working on that one. I will be back on the ski slopes with my grand children next year if they let us come.

I have used Austin Physical Therapy to help recover from several different surgeries (ankle and knee) and to help relieve back pain due to herniated disks. Their team is a group of professionals that all take pride in their work and genuinely want to help the patients they see. Their PRI program can help so many people...if they only knew the benefits it provides. I would recommend Austin PT to anyone seeking recovery, wanting to improve strength, and especially to those suffering from chronic back pain.

I highly recommend Austin Physical Therapy. I’ve been a client at Austin PT for about the last six months. I can’t say enough good things about Jay Austin and his team. I was prescribed PT for my knees since I was having difficulty climbing stairs and couldn’t finish a round of golf unless I popped a couple of Advils at the start of the round. They isolated the problem to alignment and muscle strength around my patella and general weakness in my leg muscles. They targeted specific leg muscles to build strength and over time look worked additional muscle groups (e.g., core, back, etc.) to strengthen the body and get the muscles working as a system. They prescribed a routine for me to do at home and exercises for me to do in the gym. Jay and his team explained what they were doing and the logic behind the exercises which helped me with the routines at home. Bottomline: I have no more issues with my knees, hiking, golfing, or climbing stairs.

Over all, my experience at Austin PT has been great. i ave been going there for about a year and a half to two years and I have seen great progression since I started both when working out and on the golf course. Since I stated I have gained about 30 yards on my drive. When working out, I'm now using more weight. This is partially because I am getting stronger and also because when I started, I was using little to no weight because Kasi (my trainer) cares a lot about having good form and doing things the right way so that later, when i use weight, I will not get hurt. Also, I have gained a lot on my vertical jump. When I first started it was 13 inches and npw , after all of my training, it is at 20.5 inches. So as you can tell, the progression has shown thanks to Kasi and I would highly recommend Austin PT

It’s been great working with a PT that sees the cause, teaches me how to get out of pain & strengthen, and who has modalities to work the deeper issues. We’ve got a clear plan and I so appreciate & trust it.

I've had lower back pain for years and been to many other PT clinics around the Huntsville area. Austin PT was the only clinic that actually took the time to see why the pain kept coming back. My pain is gone and my back feels better than ever. Great clinic with great therapist. If your looking for actual results then you need to go to Austin PT!!
