Joe East is an exceptional business! I wish all businesses of this type would run their operations like these guys. It is hard to find companies that care about their work and reputation as much as this company.
Nearly 11 years ago I purchased new gas furnace and AC system from Joe East. I also purchased 10 year extended warranty. Over the years I had three issues with my system, blown capacitor, freon leak and something else that I don’t even remember. Joe East provided exceptional services to repair all of the issues in timely manner. Scheduling a repair service was a breather, while technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Needles to say, if I need a repair or new unit in the future, Joe East would get first opportunity to quote this work.

These guys do great work and I’ve had a great experience overall! Their team is also super-friendly! My only complaint is that afterwards, they will send one or two emails per week, incessantly, over and over, for years (literally)- asking for you to leave a review on Google. The work they performed was so far back that I can’t even remember what was done specifically, but I’m leaving a review just to make the incessant emails stop. However, they’re super friendly and do great work, so we take the good with the bad, I suppose. Overall, great quality work and very friendly staff!

The service I received from Joe East is unlike any other company I've dealt with. They are top notch professional and very courteous. They responded to my non-emergency outage extremely promptly. I dealt with the technician Guy, he is truly passionate about his work and it clearly shows. I'll never use another company again. Thank you so very much!

I called at 4:30 tonight (Friday night before a holiday weekend). Got the answering service, she took my info and within 10 min Randy called back. He said it would be a couple of hours and then called back and said he had a cancellation and could come to the house then. Showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the problem and was gone in 30 min. Upstairs is noticeably cooler and he will be back on Tuesday to complete the repair. Could not ask for quicker or better service. Thanks, Randy!!!

Been a customer for over 30 years, lots of things change but Joe East H/C has been there for us every time! Next day morning service and fixed within minutes, had the parts with one under warranty (thanks Hunter) was more than happy to pay under $200 for this level of service!

The last time my HVAC had problems, I called around and got a couple of estimate for repair. One vendor convinced me that I needed to replace my complete system and they were ready to start the replacement same day. I decided to get a second opinion and thank God I decided to give Joe East a call. They responded immediatelyand discovered that my problem was a bad condenser. They replaced it at a very reasonable cost, They were very respectful, courteous, and professional. They rescue me and the fam. Joe East is a great team indeed. I highly recommend them.

Fast and helpful, and I highly recommend Joe East. Came out after the ice storm, diagnosed, and then fixed our system to get our heat pump going.

Have been very responsive to minor issues since my install and the install of my new unit was quick and the workers professional, courtesy and answered all my questions. They walked me thru their process during the install and followed up the next week to ensure things were working properly.

Joe East has been our heating and cooling company for at least 15 years. They do excellent work at a fair price. We recommend their preventative 2x/year program to everyone. It definitely saves money in the long run and gives you peace of mind that your system is unlikely to break unexpectedly. Although everyone we’ve had on the team does good work, Guy is our preferred technician. He goes the extra mile to explain potential problems and takes extra care with his clients.

I have used Joe East for many years because of their consistent high level of service. Most recently during a routine service call their technician, Guy, found a problem with my cooling unit causing it to run the emergency strip heaters during cooling. Had he not been so thorough the unit would have caused high utility bills. Since it was caught early only one month's bill was affected.

Once again, Joe East was quick to respond and handled every aspect of the repair with professionalism. They advised of an arrival window next day (during snow/ice when no contractors were getting out for days) and then called 30 minutes prior to arrival as they always do. The tech showed up and repaired the problem. He explained what he had to do and showed me what had gone wrong. He was courteous as usual and there wasn't one thing I would change about the interaction. It was perfect. Thanks Again Joe East. You all are the best.
