Best experience I have ever had buying a car. No one running me down in the parking lot. No one redirecting me from what I actually wanted. I did not wait for 2 hours for them to get my information. No back and forth numbers. Everything was easy with no stress involved. Matt was great communicating with us. John in finance was quick with all the paperwork needed for us to sign. Easy, fast, pleasant experience.

Matt, Adam, Jenna, & everyone else who helped me out whose names I didn't catch were all polite & professional! Matt (the salesman) never pressured me into any sort of decision, instead making it clear that it was up to me and offering advice where it was needed. And Jenna was very friendly & helpful in giving me the rundown of my new car's features & accessories. It all made for a smooth & pleasant experience! If you're anything like me - that is, tired of buying used cars from individuals and having them fall apart on you a year or two later - then dealerships are absolutely worth the extra cost for your peace of mind if you can afford it, and Donohoo Auto is a great one!

Gone in Sixty Seconds was a great movie. Gone in 60 Minutes to purchase a car? Even better. 60 minutes to come in, test drive, buy and on my way out the door. Fastest time I’ve ever had. I guess the days of waiting and watching nothing happening at other dealerships is over. These guys and girls! Crushed it. Absolutely crushed it. Best car buying experience I’ve had in the 25-30 times of buying a car. And the price? I shopped this car for over 1 years nationwide and these guys were hands down 5-7K under anything I saw. Not to mention they don’t charge a single fee to buy! Nuts. Great folks.

I liked the up front price because I know what I will be paying. The old school part of me missed the haggle. Just how things have always been done. To make up for that I felt zero pressure into buying a car. Their system to test drive and view cars was really cool. I spoke to my salesman Alexis about what cars I wanted to see and to go over the final paperwork. He answered all my questions but never pressed me to buy a car. Told them what we liked and that we wanted to go view some other cars at other dealers…again we were thanked and not pressured. After many hours of looking at other places we came back and bought the first car we drove that morning. Lol! We wound up financing the vehicle which did not take long at all. Got a good rate and drove the car home. Felt like we got an overall good deal.

Absolute BEST experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle. They listened to me. They didn’t try to snowball me. They took no for an answer and understood what I needed to make the deal work and that my time was limited. I drove two hours to get to the lot. The vehicle was ready for me to test drive and they had prepared most the paperwork ahead of time. I would recommend to anyone. Get with Jenna and Kyle.

I came from out of state to purchase my new C8 Corvette and when I showed up I was immediately handed the keys and test drove the vehicle. I really enjoyed this as I had already completed the research I needed to jump in the vehicle and take it for a spin. Once I returned the sales experience was exactly what I had hoped. It was seamless, super quick without any hassle and I was on the road home with my new vehicle within minutes! The overall experience was perfect. Big shoutout to Team DonohooAuto. The buying process is second to none! My wife and I have been looking for a car for a year and decided to take the trip to Pelham from Margaret and it was well worth the trip. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had. Walked in on a very busy Saturday, pulled up there inventory on their computer, wrote down the stock numbers for a couple of cars we were interested in, handed the list to the ladies at the front desk (I didn’t get names) but super nice. They punched in a couple of things in their computer and before you knew it they had pulled the car up for us to test drive. Went on the test drive (by ourselves) with no pushy sales people, came back and dropped the keys at a designated area. At this point we could have gotten in our car and left. However, we decided to go speak with a sales person. We met with Kyle. He showed us all the details about the history of the car, talked about pricing and payments and we told him we would have to think about it over night and let him know the next day. We were in his office for MAYBE 10 minutes max.
Called him back the next day and locked it in over the phone. Went in today and met with JD and he had all the paperwork ready. Again was there maybe 10-15 minutes. Signed sealed and then we met Jenna! She came out and sat in the car with us for about 20 minutes or so going over all the functions of the car that we had questions about. There was nothing she didn’t know the answer to.
Kudos to all of you guys. No doubt will be buying my next vehicle from you guys!!!

Then before leaving Jenna review many of the special features of the vehicle with us. Great customer service. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Perfect. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! We drove 8 hours to purchase the car based on the listing and feedback from our sales rep Kyle. He held the car for us, and we were astonished on the condition when we arrived. The entire purchase process took less than 15 minutes - that includes the time from saying YES on the car to walking out with the keys. Everyone we talked with was very polite and professional. Car was detailed and ready when we arrived for the test drive, including EV full charge and a full tank of gas (PHEV car). If you see a listing online, feel confident in the details.

If you are looking for an easy, hassle free car buying experience, Donohoo is the place! From the no awkward test drives with a salesperson, to if you want to move forward with the purchase, it’s up to you or if you are still looking and want to shop around, no constant calls bugging you from their sales team. And if you have questions, they gladly answer them and let you get on your way. There will be follow up after speaking with a sales rep but it’s usually #1 call or an email. They don’t have to run after you because nothing they have stays for sale long. And I think that has everything to do with the whole anxiety free experience they have created! When we finally found the SUV I was looking for it took less than 1hr from me deciding this is the one, to me driving away in my new car. And yes my personal finances had a lot to do with the quick approval but they still make the process as less nerve wracking as possible! So if you know what you want or you’re still trying to figure out what you’re looking for Donohoo is where you should start!
We could not be more happy about the SUV we bought at the price we paid or our decision to buy from Donohoo.

ETA: the day after we left the dealership, Chris Seay called to tell me that somehow a lower interest rate had slipped through the cracks and they were going to change our loan holder. Mind you, this doesn’t affect the dealerships money- just mine. That, again, is TOP NOTCH service. I’ll never shop anywhere else! Honest people!

Donohoo is honestly a great place to get a vehicle. The staff was very nice and respectful to our vehicle needs, i love the way you pick out the cars you would like to see and they bring them to the front for you to test drive. I dont like dealerships but this one went above and beyond to helps us find the right vehicle. Eugene was very helpful and quick with getting us approved, i will definitely be back to buy another vehicle when the time comes.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Was able to put a deposit on two vehicles, paperwork was already ready before we arrived, signed for two cars under 15 minutes, cars were already detailed, and we were on our way in no time. The entire process was streamlined and flawless. They made everything look so easy. Can't recommend them enough!

We went with 4-5 trucks in mind but no idea how this experience would be. Not a local, we were kinda worried was this all going to be no hassle as advertised. To our surprise it was a great experience. Our salesman Alexis took notice that we had a long drive back home and made every extra effort to utilize time wisely. The lady who showed us all the features of the truck after we bought (sorry but I forgot her name) was so knowledgeable and worked with my husband to know he would be comfortable with all the features. All in all a great day! Would definitely consider the drive to go back if we were needing another vehicle. Loved the fact that it wasn’t a price haggle back and forth!!

Great experience at Donohoo! They were quick to respond to initial online interest, had the vehicle ready for a private test drive upon arrival, and made the buying experience fly!!! Great vehicles, great people and great service!
