Palm Memorial Gardens

This place is sketchy and the worst customer service EVER. My mother and father are buried here, and after my Mom died in August 2021 I ordered grave markers. It is now December 2022 and it has been one run around after another, still no grave markers, no update and no one even answers the phone now. I was promised a year of free flowers back in March or there about for my trouble, but they have completely dropped the ball and refuse to provide any kind of update or contact information for the owner, I just keep getting the sales person - no manager, no owner and no grave markers.

We have been waiting for over a year for my grandmothers headstone ! My poor poppaw has worried sick over it and every time he calls he gets told a different line !!

This place is a disgrace. I have been fighting with them for 6 years to do simple mowing of my father's grave. Their idea of perpetual care is to weed whack it a couple times during the summer.
