East View RV Ranch

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting our kids in Georgetown. Nicely laid out with good water, sewer and electrical hook ups. Rest room and showers I never found but was not there much anyway. Nice friendly staff and great dog walking places. I would recommend for a few night stay. We saw fields of blue bonnets they had planted seemed like mostly full timers but RV spots were nice.

Makes you feel right at home. There are some permanent residents but nothing I didn’t feel comfortable with. The wild flowers, sunsets and beauty of the park is incredible. The park is not far off the toll road by Georgetown. Rates were comparable to others around. Please don’t pass on this park. You will be missing out.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Well-maintained. Sites and access roads are packed gravel and are fairly level. Not a lot of amenities, but the price is very reasonable, the utilities work solidly and the staff are very friendly. It would be nice to have a few shade trees around.

Great pet friendly park. We were lucky and the wildflowers were in bloom, made for a beautiful backdrop. Sites were easy to maneuver in and out. Out of the way, but that is part of its charm.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently due to an event we had to go to in Round Rock.
Clean, quiet, and well-maintained private RV park owned & ran by super nice folks. The owners & the office staff live on site. The nightly rates were super reasonable, & they have easy access/close proximity to a main highway - which are both plus' for weery travelers passing through. Their security system is also top-notch. I felt very safe here.
The lots are gravel, but they have full hook-ups with consistent electric service in this horrid mid-summer Texas heat & great water pressure - & the pastoral view is among the best in central Texas! Their laundromat/rec-room/bathroom is also big & clean, with very reasonable washer/drier fees.
They offer month-to-month, but fortunately for those that are long term here NONE of the RV/campers kept here are run down &/or trashy looking.
The only downside is that their laundromat/bathroom/rec-room is quite a walk from where the lots are located. I noted this as a downside, as this could be an issue for a disabled person when traveling to/from their RV/trailer with laundry.
We really enjoyed our stay here & will definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

Loved staying at this RV park!! The staff was very friendly and the area is so peaceful and quiet!! Definitely will be back when we need time away!! It’s about a 10-20 minute drive to the stores, easy highway access, and a great value for the spot!!!

This was a lovely & relaxing park, quiet & peaceful - the dogs that we did see were all on leashes (even the long time stays) and most people seemed to clean up their dog poo (only saw a few instances of poop on the ground). There was a path to walk the dogs around a big field that was free of burs, and full of flowers - bluebonnets we're gorgeous!! The managers were all very nice to talk to & we're friendly & helpful. It was a great place to stay, and we would love to stay here again.

I moved my mother from out of state to Texas. I bought my first RV and moved her into it. I found Eastview RV and they allowed us to park it there on a month to month basis. Harry the park manager was awesome and very helpful with my mom and her needs. The owners Steve and Phyllis are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I had no knowledge about the ins and outs of an RV. They were always helping me learn how to work things and make everything comfortable for my mom. The neighbors there are all so nice and just a great community. If you want to stay one night or a month this is the place to go if you have an RV. Thank you all so much for all your help my mom and my family will miss all of you.

Great customer service both on the phone and in person. Harry was awesome! We called to get after hours check-in instructions because we were running late, and he offered to stick around until we arrived.

Roads are wide and pad was fairly level, hard packed gravel. Very easy to get set up.

The campground and amenity rooms are super clean, the folks are friendly and welcoming. We even got a personable tour and help for our RV (we’re newbies) by the owner Steve and had some laughs with the office manager Harry. Great place, I couldn’t recommend it more!

I have stayed here twice. $34 a night, clean and close to the highway. Level spots with gravel and full hookups. No ants. Great laundry facility and a very clean large shower. The office people are cool. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Eastview RV Ranch for over a month and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is not only super friendly but was beyond accommodating to me and my significant other’s situation (military move to Ft. Hood). One of the best things about this place is the super pet friendly atmosphere. We were able to have our dog off-leash to run around in their large grass field which was super nice. The second is the RV parks proximity to the town. It is conveniently located next to the highway and made commuting to Killeen and Temple super easy for us. We definitely recommend staying at this spot and would easily return.

Very accommodating. They waited for us to arrive even though the office was closed. Hookups good. No shade but very quiet and close to nearby Georgetown tourist areas. Large field to walk dog around in. Trash bin up in the front of the park but nice walk up there. Would go again.

Wonderful quiet park! The owners are just gorgeous people as is everybody else who works at the park. They have a digging pit for kids, a play scape, little trikes, loved the recreation room and the laundry facilities are top notch. We have stayed at a lot of RV Parks and this has been our favorite!

Our experience with East View RV Ranch was a breath of fresh air. I called on a Saturday afternoon to request a reservation for Sunday evening. Harry was kind, friendly, and accommodating. He took extra time on his Sunday to make our checkin seamless. We awoke Sunday morning to a beautiful view and a quiet surrounding.

I am a travel nurse. I needed a place to stay that was cheap and close to the hospital. I didn't need all the frills. The hostess on duty when I arrived was very nice and professional. It's nice and quiet out in the country, on a dead end road. I would stay again. Bathroom, shower, washers and dryers open 24 hours.

Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Super friendly staff and they went above and beyond to get us on Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this park if in the area and a visit to downtown Georgetown and Blue Hole Park for some outdoor activity.

We were desperate to find a place near Georgetown for the Memorial Day weekend. Tried a few places. Called here at 4:30 Thursday, and they managed to get us a spot! Office manager and owner are wonderful and professional. Restroom and lounge very clean. Quiet and tidy park, highly recommend.

This is HANDS DOWN the best place in Georgetown, or the Austin area for that matter, to bring your RV/Camper and stay a while! My family and I stayed here for an extended period of time while we had a house built, and these people made our stay exceptional! Phyllis and Shelley were absolutely wonderful to not only work with, but to live with. I would HIGHLY recommend East View RV Ranch to anyone!! Thanks for having us!

You'll be greeted by friendly owners and staff at this clean, and quiet RV Park. They offer daily, weekly, and monthly stays for a very affordable price. The owners live on-site and pride themselves on the safety of everyone in the park. I recommend staying here for at least a week, if you can get in!
