Got a Burger and 2 sides special. Sweet potato fries and onion rings.
10/10. Loved the food, decently on time and was exactly what i was looking for.
Small town feel. With mom & pop goodness.
Other then maybe a spot clean on the floors and a table, this is a must stop for those wanting a good home cooked meal.

Friendly and quick service, delicious food, and desserts to die for! If you need a quick bite to eat this place is worth the stop. I meant to take pics of the food but I ate it too fast. Stop here you won't be disappointed.

This is definitely one of my top 3 fav restaurants in the Marion County area. Awesome staff, Awesome food, awesome prices! What more can you ask for? I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, so I’ve tried the entire menu..EVERYTHING is good..but some of my favs are: Philly cheesesteak sandwich ( on bbq bread instead of hoagie bun ), Loaded Potato ( with Philly cheesesteak ), Fried chicken salad with their awesome ranch ( add bacon and croutons ), Bacon mushroom Swiss burger, cheesy bacon fries, fried pickles, cheesestix, blooming onion, and chicken fingers. Drive-thru option is a plus!

Randomly stopped here on our way down the highway, and it was definitely worth it. I got the Bacon Mushroom Swiss and my partner got the Hamburger Steak. Both were spectacular, and I'd heartily recommend swinging by if you're ever nearby.

I went in today and ordered the hamburger with a side of onion rings. Hamburger was amazing and the man at the register was extremely nice and welcoming. I definitely will be eating here again when I am back in Winfield.

This place is great! They go above and beyond to make you happy. The stuffed baked potatoes are amazing!! no matter what time we get food there it is always fresh and hot. This is also a good family setting.

Thank you, for saving the day. We were hungry, and it was our 1st time there. Friendly staff, did not even seem like 5 minutes before the appetizer was on the table. The atmosphere was delightful and temperature was fitting to the weather outside. So I was not in a rush to leave.

Best chicken fingers in this area!! I love their catfish fillets they are great!! I have not received any bad food here ever. Friendly folks who want to serve and please you... try this place, you will not be disappointed!!

Stopped here with my daughter on our way back home. Excellent service and food! My daughter ordered the chicken finger basket and I ordered the catfish plate with one added chicken finger. The catfish was excellent and so were the hush puppies and the fried okra. The cole slaw was okay, but I would probably get a different side than cole slaw if I ever have a chance to come back. The chicken fingers are absolutely huge and were great. If you are ever in the area, this is a great place to eat that will not break the bank.

We were traveling to Birmingham and it took longer than anticipated (I forgot traveling with 3 kids adds many hours to your trip). We were looking for a place to eat and my husband found this place. I grumbled a little because it was about 10 minutes off our route, but man was it worth it!

It was quiet and not very crowded. Laid back, which is good with kids. The menu was quite varied for a smaller diner. We were all able to find something we enjoyed and that doesn't happen often. My husband ordered dry rub wings and sweet potato fries and he had nothing but good things to say - a rare occurrence. My girls both had burgers and sweet potato fries and they ate every bit. My son had shrimp, fries, and macaroni & cheese. He also had no complaints (another rare occurrence) and gobbled down every bit (a not so rare occurrence for a 13 y/o boy). Grandpa had a burger and fries and I ordered chicken strips and sweet potato fries. The chicken strips were perfect! Crispy with juicy chicken!

Everyone was nice and the service was good. The food came out fresh and hot. My husband was thrilled that they didn't pre-salt/over-salt the food as he often finds that to be a real problem when we go out to eat.

Anyway, a pleasant find on our journey. If we ever end up this way again I'm sure we would try to come by - it is definitely worth it! My son said, "I wish they had this place at home!"

Great food.great service.and a place where you feel right at home.when you walk in you can see and feel the history and honesty of hard work that goes into there menu. The best part is the taste it will keep you coming back for more .

This is a nice hometown restaurant and they are so friendly. The food is great and there is a large variety on the menu. I always get the fried green tomatoes!
