Went in to buy a new 3 series tractor. After explaining my needs and looking at new tractors, Tabitha was able locate a 1 yr old model at a different location for nearly 10k less than new. She really spent time trying to maximize what was in my budget and obviously cares about her customers money like it’s her own. Overall outstanding experience…especially compared to experiences I’ve had other dealers for other brands. Highly recommend.

Tabatha was absolutely amazing, a professional and dedicated with customer service skills far beyond what you would expect at a John Deere dealership. This was my first purchase and I could not get off work in time to make it to the dealership during their open hours. I reached out in an email and told her what I needed and asked for her advice. She promptly wrote back with some options and after a few messages she mentioned a trade in that they received that fit my needs and my budget. I was ready to buy it aight unseen but she went out and took photos and recorded video for inspection and demonstration. I bought it and had it delivered. It was exactly what was described and I could not be happier. This is where I will buy all of my John Deere implements, parts and accessories and will be where all of my service will be performed. I had such An amazing experience purchasing my new z930. This was a first time purchase of a zero turn and of course John Deere is the only way to go. Other than an amazing company to work with so was our sales person Tabatha. She was so knowledgeable, kind and very patient. Not once did I ever feel sold or up-sold just just educated. She is very good at what she does and I will continue to work with her anytime I need to go there. Not all sales people are as patient and positive. She personally delivered my mower and showed me how to use it and Mede me feel comfortable before she left. It was a fun experience and wouldn’t change anything. Thank you united for selling a great product and offering great customer service. I will be back for sure. Do not go anywhere else.

Fast and extremely reliable. Got a service call scheduled in 2 days even though they said they only drove out to our location once a week. Super friendly and helpful. The McKinney location is a headache to deal with for a Gator located closer to that location. I wish I could use this location for all my Gators.

Came in to purchase parts for my mower and Zoe is extremely helpful. Definitely recommend going to her if she’s there. Thank you again!!!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting service on my Gator. Did everything I asked, and much faster than excepted. The cost for parts is always more than a person would except but that’s over priced John Deere for you.
I’ll be back next time my equipment needs service.

I had a pretty good experience here. I had a stand on mower that was in desperate need of repair. I dropped it off and they performed a full diagnostics on it. Well I ended up going through some trouble with my finances and they let me keep the mower there for a while as long as I paid the fee. They are a great group of people, very friendly and knowledgeable.

We bought our Stihl weed eater from Ag-Power over a year ago. The service was great then, but even better this past weekend when I went back. My husband has been out of town and I needed help restringing the weed eater. I brought it in to Ag-Power and bought the string while I was there. The gentleman at the counter was even nice enough to restring it for me and teach me how to do it so I wouldn't have to bring it back in the future. It's so nice to find a business who still believes in good customer service.

I purchased an x534 mower and 1025r tractor about 2 years apart, and Monty was a great help through the whole process both times. Every time I have a question, he lends an ear and sends me any documentation I might need to understand my tractors better. Will definitely continue to use these guys for my needs.

Great service & better people.

I applied for a job there just before the pandemic. I contacted the Sales Manager in a text that had run on sentences. My résumé had a few misspelled words which I did not catch nor did spellcheck. Now that I look back I am glad that I was not offered the job because of simple mistakes I sell an estimated 15 tractors a month by myself. I made $150,000 last year selling for their competitor.
