Great customer service & facility!

Very nice people so gave a 5 star rating. I'm not shaming the facility, but I won't use them again. Rats ruined so many of my belongings, including my kids baby pics. They ruined some expensive furniture & almost all of my clothes, but I'm more saddened by the irreplaceable things like my kids pictures and their baby blankets and such. 😭 the place backs up to a field so maybe rats are inevitable. Just wanted to let people know not to store irreplaceable items here.

The new owners have REALLY made some improvements! Everything is clean and easily accessible. The website is user friendly and it’s super simple to rent a space. Prices are amazing and the security of the lot makes me feel confident my belongings are safe!
