I have had the pleasure of interacting with Sergio Camacho on several occasions, and I am always impressed by his dedication and professionalism. Sergio is always attentive to all our needs and issues, addressing them with a smile and a positive attitude. His excellent customer service and good manners are truly commendable. I toured with Sergio Saturday. Very professional and informative. What I appreciated most was his genuine interest in helping me find the right apartment to fit my needs and his kindness. And the comments is beautiful. Thank you Sergio. I'll be filling out the application today.

I went to visit the apt and I loved it. I took the tour with the leasing agent Sergio, she was very kind and helped us find the apartment we were looking for, the area is very nice.

9/27/23 Update- Since Ashley took the manager position, we have seen the interest they put into the residents to keep us happy and comfortable. Little by little I know that she will make a big change. Right now I feel happy and comfortable in my apartment. The price is affordable for how spacious my townhome is. Thank you Ashley for getting this property out of the hole. Maintenance is friendly at all times.

When I first went, Taylor the community manager behaved exceptionally, very attentive. I was impressed with the way she treated me and my family we felt so good, but since I began to live everything became a nightmare. I am a resident who all I want is for my things to be fixed and to move on, but to this day I have felt that neither she nor the regional has cared. It is very sad and frustrating😔The photos that I just attached are just the minimum of everything that the apartment has. NOT to mention that I cannot leave food defrosting because cockroaches get inside the packages😔I hope that even someone from corporate who cares about their residents can take the time and give me a call. Thank you

The staff is super nice and approachable. Ajee was very helpful and answered all my questions… and I had many. He was super patient and very informative. The place is warm and welcoming and I would recommend anyone to come live here.

The office staff was great and super friendly! The property was really nice as well. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the area.

Sergio was very pleasant. The layout of the apartment blew me away I was disappointed there were no units availabe

I just signed my lease and Ajee was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. He was quick to respond to all of my emails and made this an easy and smooth experience.

I love the staff here. Taylor and Ashley are awesome. There has not been a time when I needed help or something needed attention and my requests were ignored. They are very efficient with responses and actions being taken that need to be addressed. I will say that they are the controlling factor of my choice to stay here. The maintenance crew is great. Whenever I have an issue they will fix issues to prevent other issues from occurring in the future. They are friendly and so polite. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate the care and attention that I receive from the staff at Stone Creek.

Today I passed through Stone Creek and the boy named Sergio assisted me very well in my apartment search, very friendly and very good service

Im resident here, and I was waiting for 6 months to fix my lease, and now Mariam and Sergio help me to fixed in just 1 week, I'm very happy with the new people on the office, they are very helpful Thank you Mariam

Stone Creek at Old Farm is great!! Ms Taylor manager of the property is great. Very professional and caring making sure us residents are comfortable and our needs are met . Also Ashley is so kind willing to help. She is always so pleasant and goes that extra mile. Maintenance here is great and turn around time to get a ticket done is always within 24 hours unless it cant be helped. Great team !! Safe!! Clean!! A great place to look live!!

We love living here and just renewed our lease. Everybody was so helpful throughout the renewal process. We are looking forward to our 2nd year of life at Stone Creek!

Stone creek has been my home for two years and I can honestly say that once we got new management with Taylor a lot of things started to finally fall into place. The complex is well kept up and any questions or concerns I had, Taylor was always available to answer them. Overall, a great place to call home!

I really liked the property, very clean and everything very well organized

Although my start here was rough, the new manager Rhonda has really turned the property around. A good manager makes all the difference. The maintenance staff is great! Always fast and efficient. The community is very diverse in age, yet very quit!

Me and my wife recently drove past these apartments 4days ago and came across a puppy not to sure what breed or mix she is but hopefully we can get her back home to her owner she was not tags just a colorful bow-tie collar if you seen this puppy in the area recently or if you know the owner please comment and let me know thank you.

Too early to share any real feedback as we moved just this week but really feeling great about this community. Design of the apartment is excellent with plenty of ventilation. Feels secured, close to groceries, school, hospitals everything you would think of moving into a house. Excellent location.
