It's a big branch with a wide variety of products. Staff are helpful and friendly. We came at around 8pm to pick up an order. The Supervisor Andrew really went out of his way to ensure that we get the order and it is properly packed. Will definitely want to come back visit again.

I own a contracting company and I spend a lot of time and thousands of dollars every month at Home Depot‘s and this was the most customer service oriented Home Depot I have ever been to. I think it starts from the top down with an assistant manager name Meko. He first helped me find where some fencing was, then later went as far as to go deep into the parking lot to find me the right kind of cart that I needed, but when I saw him yet again, he also helped me again by getting me another employee to help me get a large item off the shelf and get it loaded for me who was running the lumber section who also offered to take the cart all the way to the front for me, but I needed to go back to the garden center so I thanked him, but let him off the hook as he was already busy. Then when I went into the garden center, they were two wonderful employees there, one of them named Arley who spent ample time figuring out how to tie this fence into the back of my truck so that wouldn’t blow away. While we were trying to tie it down a lady stopped to help who was riding her bike and it turned out she works in the paint department. Like amazing!!! Whoever the store director knows how to pick his people.

Valerie was very helpful with guiding me through finding light bulbs. She made the process quick, fun and ensured I took into account the color of the lighting for each room.

I forgot to save my receipt to do the survey, but wanted to ensure she was recognized for the awesome customer service.

This place is awesome! When I was at the store, one of the associates named Kassandra Torres took great care of me and was able to help me out. She definitely needs to be a manager at the store.

Okay guys. Hands down best customer service at this location. My partner and I needed to get floor base boards that come by 15Ft per piece. An associate, Ms.V, further assisted us in finding someone that could cut them for us, helped us carry it to our car and reassured that we got what we needed. Incredibly helpful.

The store is always available/open/all the products we have ever needed in case of emergency in regards to fix the building were found there. Thank you.

I went to this location today and had someone follow me to my car, I got really scared and went back in and asked to have security walk me to my car. The staff was so nice that security and another employee walked me to my car. I will definitely do curbside pickup in the future.

We just had a great experience!! Juan in Lumber helped us out so much!! He helped us make the right selection on forms boards for a concrete project. He cut the boards in pieces that would be easy to manage. We would have probably spent alot more on unnecessary things if it had not been for him. I really appreciate that!!

Jay was super helpful and friendly. He offered really solid advice and was able to get me the specific color I needed.

Andrew, Rodney, and another female African American sales associate (wish I remembered her name, she wore glasses) were extremely helpful in helping me today. I really appreciated all their efforts.
