My babies get taken care of here and they are wonderful people. Very patient especially with Nova my 4lb yorkie. She gets so excited she tends to pee and the lady caring for her was so kind and understanding. Both Cody and Nova have the wellness plan and get treated here regularly. They are great people who are patient and kind. I highly recommend them!

My dog is very nervous but I know she's in good hands when I take her for wellness checks, dental cleaning and shots!

Dr Burch is my pets veterinarian/doctor. He is the best, tells me everything going on with my pets, treats my pets and myself very well very respectful. I'm very comfortable with him. I wish to have met him early on with my pets.

The staff here is always incredibly nice and I feel like my pups are always super well taken care of here. One of my dogs has a lot of anxiety and they do really well managing that and making her feel a lot more comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to take your animals, this is a great choice.

This location is absolutely AWESOME!! The staff and doctors provide all 3 of my furbabies with so much care and compassion. They are very patient with my Nacho as he can be a little grouchy. The doctors are very through and provide the best recommendations for my pups.

Really appreciated everything they have done for Simba. They are very expensive but the kindness, true concern and empathy for your animals is amazing. Then at some point you realize that your animal is 14 years old which would be a 98 years old in dog years and he's had a good life and it's time to let him go in peace only to find out that's another very expensive treatment. 😫

I love this place! They are always so thorough and understanding when explaining anything to me or addressing any concerns I have for my fur babies.

Love it here! They are very friendly and accommodating. I am able to drop my dog off, run errands, and come back when he's done. They even will come out to your car to get your pet to make it easier for you. Great place and I especially love the pet plan that helps me save some money. Highly recommend!

If you need last minute care for your fur baby, I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital. The whole staff was very kind and understanding of my concern of my cat.

It was easy to make the appointment and we did not wait long to be seen. The ladies were very helpful and kind. They were very patient with my nervous puppy. They answered all of my questions.

We have taken our dog here for the past 7 years and we love the staff. We originally found out about this location because we took our dog to the Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital and the vet that was on staff that night also worked at the Banfield Pet Hospital

This was our first visit with a new dog, so we were uncertain what to expect. We were given a room almost immediately - very thankful for that! - and our wait time was relatively short. Dr. Burch was friendly, professional - and better yet, made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Update 3/23: my dog was attacked by two bulldogs, and I immediately took my dog to Banfield. My doggie was seem immediately, taken care of with compassion, and treated like the hero he is! Definitely recommend!

I unfortunately came here for the first time to put my very sick dog down, it was the hardest thing in the world and honestly the Dr and his staff went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible, they were so good with my dog all the way up to his final breath. When I picked up his ashes I was absolutely taken back by what I received, they put him in a beautiful wood box with a dogwood carving on top of the box inside a beautiful blue satin bag, they also gave me his pawprint on a plate with a holder for a display and a bag of his hair and some beautiful words. I couldn't have had a better experience at such a terrible time. I appreciate this hospital and everyone involved for everything.

Dr.Sloan is always so patient & explains everything in great detail! He had to give us tough news & took as much time as we needed answering all the questions.

We took our dog to Banfield Hospital when he had an issue on his back leg. They did x-ray on him and said it was a stretched ligament. We joined their program for pets that costs $50 or so a month. They checked him for other issues and everything was fine. We went back a few months later because he needed an operation and we finally had the money. Dr Fowler did an x-ray again since it was a few months later. It turned out our dog had cancer and not a ligament issue. This is a very aggressive cancer and was hard to detect in the early stages. We were shocked. Further treatment would not actually help him. We decided to give him the last two months of his life meaningful. We made arrangements with Banfield to put him down. Very hard decision for us to make but we did not want him to suffer. Dr Fowler performed the procedure. Her staff were so great at the end with our dog and also compassionate for what we were going through. Dr Fowler is the only vet I have ever known to show so much compassion for animals. She and her staff were the best towards our situation. When we have a dog again, we are definitely using this pet hospital. You will never find a more compassionate pet hospital than this one.

This place was amazing!!! My Great Dane had to have emergency hysterectomy and they did what they could to help me!! The tech name Jordan was wonderful and uncover angel !!! She made my Great Dane feel

This Banfield is the most amazing team I've experienced. I recommend all Banfields, because no matter which one I have been, they are always wonderful! They must go through a training that has the staff treat all dogs as if it were their own... But this staff takes it to a higher level. I love ALL of their hearts, kindness and compassion. I can't thank them enough of the love and support that they have for me and my pets. If I ever win the lottery, they will all be on my list to bless! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for all your hard work!

We like the Alsbury team so much that after moving an hour further away we still make the drive.
