This one cashier named 'Patience' was really nice and sweet and my daughter kept telling me on our way to the car how she was so kind and sweet and how she got a song re-stuck in her head. She was really kind and deserves a raise

Almost impossible to find something you don't like here! Clothing, dishes, decorating, it's amazing! Low prices are nothing to scoff at either! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a Halloween decoration that I saw online and Kelly went above and beyond to help me find it when I was lost! 5 stars because the customer service was top notch and I was able to be in and out fast with her help!

Love this store maybe a lil mess but has everything you need low key treasures if you look hard enough

It was nice and organized. The wait want too long. The manager was very friendly to everyone, including her employees. She actually helped in the fitting room for a while when we were there and was very kind. I was impressed with how well the door was run. We were there for 2-3 good with two teens looking for and trying on clothes, so it was a pretty nice trip.

Coming here is always an easy fix for wardrobe for all 5 of my kids ranging from 17-2. I'm super happy the fitting rooms are back open. They always have a decent selection in each size and gender. the lines are typically long but it moves fast! customer service is decent not over the top but not lacking either!

I was in desperate need of a dress for a wedding and Ross came through bc they had the perfect dress in my size! I also bought some bras that fit like a charm! I know where I'll be going from now on, as a big girl, I'm so glad I decided to give Ross a try!

Pretty neat and organized to be a discount store. Better than most. There was an excellent quality of sun dresses to pick from all mostly $9.99. They also have a nice home section for decorating walls & shelves. Definitely will check them out on the regular

Lots of lower priced name brand items

I love this store. They always have such interesting, high-quality products.

I love coming to our local Ross. I think if I could change anything, it would be to add more kids (baby) clothes. I have a hard time finding 24 months for my little one. I usually come here for Christmas gifts during the year and always find great deals. I also enjoy the fact that I can buy stretchy clothes here since my weight bounces so much. Truthfully this place is a gold mine for people like me who get decent quality items for very cheap. I definitely recommend coming to ours since the place is usually clean (outside of once in awhile when a parent doesn't watch their kid/ kids and ruins all their hard work) and the staff get things done around there while still being very nice.

You have to wear a mask they keep a strict count of how many people allowed in the building and you can NOT try on clothes here. They do take returns. I go shop buy things take home try on and take back what I dont like but you have to have the receipt. The staff is very friendly and trys to be quick with the line. I was in a line to the dressing room and it only took 15 minutes.

I visited the Ross store during this Christmas season. I was able to find small gifts for my colleagues for reasonable prices.
I was also glad that I did not have to stand in line for too long when at the cash register. The cashiers were very quick and efficient.

I love browsing through Ross to find bargains, holiday dresses to workout clothes, holiday decide to bath towels, candles to gifts for any occasion. And Tuesdays mean a 10% discount at checkout for shoppers over 55!

Love Ross. However...

It's always hard for me to find clothing in my size because one; I'm a guy and two; I am too small for guys but to big for kids. I love their prices and quality but I mostly go for shoes and the occasional pair of pants

You will find way more than you wanted and you will have to sneak it past your husband. Or be like me and text him that you tripped and fell…. Get his concerns going then once he texts “OMG Are you okay?!” replay “I tripped and fell into Ross”… so he has time to vent to somebody before you get home. Say sorry later after he sees all the goodies you got for way less!

I stop by every week to find a treasure! Love Ross, just wish their home office didn't determine the air conditioning. It's hot in Texas lower the air!
