The employees are super friendly including the mgr. All respectful and professional. The food is on point. The kitchen is clean. The employees don't gossip or act all loud and crazy. They literally are professional. Great customer service and great hot, fresh food! I got the chicken strip taco things. One was Chipotle and the other was avocado ranch. I'd upload a picture of the lemonade freeze I got but it's half melted with this 105+ temperature outside.

Ordered from kiosk, paid cash with server/cash register attendant who was very friendly. Service was welcoming, food service was very quick and efficient, food was hot, portion size was perfect. Overall 10/10 at The Taco Bell in Crockett, Texas. It isn’t always as friendly and fast as it was today which I appreciated very much. I wish I knew the males name who was very kind. I checked my receipt and it said server was kiosk, but if you find out who he is, he deserves a good job! White make, friendly smile, 5’9ish. Blue eyes I believe. 10/10. Thank you Staff & Taco Bell!

The customer service and communication skills are outstanding. The food was hot and served in a timely manner the sitting area was so nice clean and neat If other restaurants like the Taco Bell located on 940 East Loop 304 in Crockett Tx. would have this kind of powerful skills going on a whole lot of more positive things will happen in their business. I give them a 10 out of 10. Im was just a hungry person passing through the City.

Good was fresh, hot, and tacos were full and delicious!! The cashier was super nice and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Definitely a great experience all around! (No pics this time, sorry!)

The food received was what I ordered, hot, and fresh. The service was a bit slow in the drive thru today. Make sure to use the phone app to get rewards.

We placed an order via the mobile app, but there was an error. The Manager Sheria (I might be misspelling her name), was incredibly friendly and fixed our order, smiling and joking with us the whole time. She reminded me how great customer service really can be.

I don't frequent the bell, but I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly clear voice on the ordering speaker. Quick drive through pickup of hot food that tastes good

I went there yesterday when the whole city was having major power problems. Despite the backlog caused by the power going up and down, the staff stuck to it. They were apologetic and kept a great attitude. While it took a while, they did what it took to get the orders out. Great job.

This always the best Taco Bell around. The workers are friendly and the food is fresh and fast.

We enjoyed the whole 2 / 5.00 boxes each.The place and personal was very nice and friendly . We saw the tv ad. About taco wrap so had to go and try them.

Taco Bell employ great workers who not only work very hard but keep the place looking spotless.

No stomach issues after eating their tacos. Awesome taste, would reccomend. Don't eat there all the time though!
