This is hands down the best cricket store I’ve ever been to. There was a lady named Percilla & the store manager Cindy that was there for my visit. I went in having multiple issues with my phone these ladies are extremely knowledgeable about my phone & services that I didn’t even know I had on my account. If ever you’re in Crockett and need help or for a good phone service I highly recommend these two ladies, as they definitely get the job done and they are very sweet & funny. 😄

I just left this store and the employees were awesome. Especially the manager (maybe she was he owner)... but she was super nice and friendly. She conversated with me and made me feel like we had been friends forever. She was also super helpful. This is a great location for the customer service alone.

This store has AMAZING employees! If you need help deciding, the ladies in here are very professional!!! They helped me set my daughter's first phone up, very patient, very amazing people.
