I love going here for Birthday gifts, especially for younger children. They have a lot of unique toys, hats, slippers, etc. I found my Granddaughter a mermaid tail, sleeping bag and it was much higher end that I've seen at other establishments. I will always shop here!

They're ready for the holidays. Customer service was great, someone was always available to answer questions or provide directions. It was a great shopping experience.

Great Prices on everything- especially love the fine jewelry counter. It’s my go to place!

I like the store, I also want to mention what a wonderful Floor Supervisor. Teresa Newsom is to the customers. There was a special needs person in a wheelchair and Teresa Newsom the manager made it a beautiful experience for the family of the special needs person to make a purchase. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Miss Avon the manager at TJ Maxx. I have been looking for the perfect shoe to wear to the Taylor Swift concert next Sunday well my sister and I went into TJ Maxx yesterday and after looking for a bit, I found the most amazing shoe for me comfortable cute Sparkly all the things needed for a Taylor Swift concert lol. But I could only find one shoe….we searched and searched with no luck. I finally found Miss Avon and asked her if there’s a possibility that the shoe could be somewhere else. She searched around and couldn’t find it. She wrote down my name and let me know once they closed, she would look around and see if she could find it for me and if she did she would give me a call. Well at 8 PM tonight I got my call! She went above and beyond to help me find the shoe because she knew how much I wanted to wear them to the concert. She even told me to have a great time when I came and picked them up. There truly are still amazing people in the world!!! and I know to some, this is gonna sound dumb because it’s just shoes but to me it meant a lot!!! that’s Customer Service!!💕

I was in the Burleson store yesterday for a quick item return and Taylor was the associate who helped me. She was fantastic from the first moment I asked her a question. She completed the transaction for me and engaged in friendly conversation as well. She also gave me some helpful tips and hints about getting email receipts vs. paper receipts in the future. It’s always refreshing to have great customer service now days and Taylor was an example of just that! Way to go Team TJ Maxx Burleson! Taylor keep up the great work!

Fantastic customer service throughout the store. Friendly greetings when we entered.I asked for a price on a furniture item and the associate was more than welcome to help me. The time before this visit they were exactly the same.....fantastic. That is one of the reasons I continue to shop there.

I have never left this store without buying something. A little bit of everything, the people are super nice .

Great Customer Service! I called to ask about availability of desk in store. And employee actually checked and gave me a great alternative.

My favorite store!! Found some great yellow tag clearance, like a $58. Pullover for the hubby for $4.00! An All-Clad skillet from $14. to $4.00! The clerks are always so friendly and helpful, it makes shopping here a fun time.

Only bad thing was in the body and bath section where the illegal Mexican mother was letting her 2 small children open the tubes and bottles of product and smear the contents all over the shelves. Wife pointed out the problem but mother didn't speak English. Pay closer attention to illegals with small children as they will steal and destroy items on display. Otherwise very nice shopping experience.

The staff is top notch, I LOVE them and I adore shopping there when I can! I am so pleased a store is so close to me. I like going in and looking even when I don't really need anything. lol

Got a gift card from my son and since I had time after my Drs appt thought I'd spend my card. Very nice checkout lady and just wish I had more time to look. Next time I'm in this area I will definitely come back

Visiting from Houston. Excellent store. Clean. Period. Things on the rack and not the floor and in their right size location. Went in after disappointing trip to "the other store" and found several things easily because they were where they should be and seemed to be new inventory with styles that are "in" today. Niiiice purse selection for this purse hound. Went home with two Michael Kors. (Don't judge me!) 😀 Great store. No wonder my sister loves it.

They have really upped their clothing game as well as kitchen, bath/bed, and shampoo/bodyworks etc. They're back to the TJ's that I love. I do wish that they had a seniors day like Ross does.
