I would never use this attorney! I took a simple Will to him to have it drawn up and Mr. Benson sat on his butt for a month, then decided not do do it. I have 4 stage Kidney cancer and now he say,s he cant do it. Would not return any phone calls either.

Doesn’t get nothing done. Very lazy and full of excuses. Would never consider his services again. Never returns calls. Run from this guy.
