Love the service. This is my 2nd set of hearing aids and with the first set (different company) it was basically here it is, figure it out. Needless to say they didn’t get worn much. But Katherine was very pleasant and informative. And these new hearing aids are awesome. Streaming music, and answering the phone with them is what excites me. No more blue tooth ear pieces that won’t stay in my ears. And these are so tiny no one knows I’m wearing them. I think I’m actually now looking forward to wearing hearing aids, besides the fact that I can now hear a lot better. If you think you need your hearing checked or need new hearing aids go see Katherine, she’ll spend the time with you and make sure you’re comfortable with them before you leave. Awesome place. Awesome staff.

I was very pleased with my visit to Livingston Hearing Aids in Denison Tx the people there made me feel welcome and were very friendly and helpfull i also appreciate their people were wearing mask and providing hand soap. i also noticed the receptionist sanitizing the counter periodically. I was very impressed with my Hearing Specialist, Katherine who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I went in with the hearing aids I had, (not working well )when I left there I could HEAR. She tested, cleaned and adjusted. WOW

Great staff and hearing aids

Came from out of town as I couldn't hear very well with my hearing aids. Eric cleaned and gave me hearing test. It was my buds were too small causing feedback

They always listen to my needs and take excellent care of me!
