The food is always fresh and hot, right out of the kitchen. The staff is always very pleasant and ready to serve. The menu has something for everyone. Give the Tampiquena or Fajitas a try!

This place was mine and my mom’s favorite place to eat. We would come here sometimes weekly. Unfortunately she passed away but I still come here regularly in honor of her. The food always taste great! The service is always on point and the prices are fair! And mine and my mom’s favorite thing about this place is the salsa!!!! It is amazing!!!!!!!!

Ok, so this may look like a typical feeder-road Mexican restaurant, but the food is really good! Super nice people too. Best salsa I've ever tasted, plus the entrees and the fried ice cream were great! Good quality ingredients, no fat-laden fajita meat here. Try it, you'll be glad you did.

We are visiting from the DFW area. We stopped here for dinner. The food and service were both excellent. Try the chunky guacamole. It is the best I've ever had. The sour cream chicken enchiladas were great as were their tacos and beef enchilada alcarbon. We would love to have a Herrera's in our area.

To qualify my five star rating let me just say this is a small town Mexican restaurant located in a converted, former Pizza Hut building. Nothing fancy, but the food was excellent. Service was very prompt and polite. The restaurant was extremely clean. Even the restrooms were immaculate. I would definitely go there again.

1st timer went due to the reviews. Staff excellent, but will order something different next time. Very positive experience all around. Generous proportion of food and good price. Will be back for sure.

Love this place, the service is always superb, and the food is delicious. I love the enchiladas al carbon and the fajita plate for lunch. The taste of the beef fajita they use there is A+. Highly recommend, I'd say the best ace in Navasota for Mexican food. The best part they give you chips and salsa so you can munch on something while you wait for your meal.

Service was OUTSTANDING. Servers were quick to anticipate what you needed without checking in every 5 minutes. The free chips and salsa included queso AND pickled jalapeños and carrots (WHAT?!) Main meals were par for the course. I'd highly recommend the visit.

Fast, Friendly service. Food was very good. Waitress even helped me with directions from her truck driving husband!

I stopped in because of traffic but I absolutely enjoyed the enchiladas. I even had two people making sure I was taken care of. Even though it was small and busy it was a relatively quiet enjoyable experience. I would eat here again 🤗
