McDonald's

This is hands-down the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Clean, prompt delivery of hot food, friendly employees, and comfortable chairs. I'm so glad we dined in instead of using the drive-thru! Y'all are doing a great job!

I love McDonald's. they're super friendly with the sauces at this location, and it's a cheap eat too. I love the product control because any McDonald's I go to is going to make the chicken nuggets the exact same way.

We love to eat here but the day shift is rude and customer service was awful. They completely ignored what we were saying she said we couldn't have a chicken for 2.50 when it was stated clearly on the menu. Even the manager was rude that day.

Normally I don't do a whole lot of reviews for fast food places but it was a lot better then other mc Donald's I've been to and the fries were hot with a good bit of salt and the Fanta slushy was really good

Very courteous employees and greeted you with a smile.. had great teamwork and the restaurant was super clean...

The guy I believe they call him “Mon” definitely needs a promotion! He was running that place like a professional manager because all those kids working didn’t know what they were doing but he was instructing them all! Please show him some recognition 🙂

I was able to get a light lunch of oatmeal with raisins and apples, hash browns, and decaf coffee for lunch from their breakfast all day menu. It was perfect for traveling. Service was good and prompt. Very friendly employees who were eager to help.

Polite person took the order. Girl taking cash was extra friendly. Employee arrived 10 min early for shift and greeted me as I got out of my car to throw away my trash. Offered to put it in the dumpster for me. Big black man, about 30, dorag, July 2nd 11am

So nice and big friendly staff. They run to help. Clean and neat place. My wife and me went to long drive from Trinity early in the morning and we took breakfast at this place. Loved it.

They have good food, good drinks and good service. There are many Mc Donalds in Lufkin. I guess the only way to decide which is the best is to go to each one and compare them. I also appreciate the service they give to senior citizens. Nice, kind, helpful and respectful. Unlike some of the other eating places.

The burgers had very good, juicy taste and great flavor. The fries were very delicious and salty to my taste. I recommended this restaurant to all of my friends and family because it was a great place.

It's McDonald's, same food as any other one. But the service is fast and friendly. The people working the drive thru are great at taking care of you. Everyone makes mistakes here and there, they are very fast and courteous with fixing anything wrong with the order.
