I ended up going back to purchase a car and the process was so simple, and the car has gave me no issues. I will definitely be returning to purchase again! The life of the loan also comes with free oil changes, and they are absolutely willing to help with any issues that may come up. I’m a huge Unaka fan!

I bought a car from them..Radiator leaked about a month after I bought it and they towed it and replaced it free of charge. The car never gave me a problem afterward. If you can buy a car with less a down payment on a buy here pay here then go for it..but I don't think you can, not in this area. They are great people to work with. 5 stars

I bought a 2005 Lexus with 160k miles on it from Unaka Auto. The people there told me to test drive any or all of the cars and I did and decided on the Lexus. After test driving it, I liked it, but the check engine light was on. They did a diagnostic test on it and the car needed the catalytic converters replaced. They agreed to pay for the repair, so I took it to the shop and had it repaired. Landon(sp?) is the person I dealt with and I consider him to be an honest and very fair person.

When I first came to Tennessee and needed a vehicle Unaka was where I went and was not disappointment. The staff, Landin, Judy, and Josh were GREAT!!!!!! Personable and honest!! I have recommended them to several people and continue to do so. If you need a reliable, used vehicle go to Unaka and ask for Landin, you won't be disappointed.
