Had an amazing experience with Meredith at Ashley Furniture store in Johnson City. She was very sweet and helpful! She introduced herself but gave us space to look and helped us when needed. We couldn’t decide on the king bed with storage or the plain king bed. She looked up the price for both and helped us determine the cheapest route. I love my new Realyn bedroom suite, thank you Meredith!!

My husband and I had a good experience when we purchased our recent couch set at Ashley. Our salesperson was Dana and she was very helpful. She made her presence known when we walked in and left us alone until we sought her back out. She was quick to answer all of our questions and made the purchase process smooth. 5 stars for her!!

The guys who set up on delivery did not put the feet on the ottoman right. When we went to move the ottoman one of the feet fell off. After reading my review Ashley reached out and had someone at my house within 5 days fixing the issue. I changed my 4 stars to 5 stars!

We had a great buying experience at Ashley in Johnson City! Cathy actually stayed late to help us find exactly what we wanted! She was super helpful & friendly! We found the matching ottoman to our sectional, and pick up was a breeze once it had arrived. It arrived fairly quickly as well! I definitely recommend shopping here, and ask for Cathy! 🙂

Ashley Furniture contacted the Johnson City, TN store as the nearest location to our delivery address in Banner Elk, NC. Cathy was very prompt, courteous and helpful with texting me updates about when she would be able to contact me, finding me the best price on the sofa and protection plan we were looking at and placing the order for me - all via text, phone calls and email. She gave me better prices than the website was showing me and worked with me on the delivery date.

My husband and I recently visited Ashley Furniture to purchase some new living room furniture. Cathy was very professional and allowed us to take our time in making our selection. She was great! Additionally, after our furniture was delivered she went above and beyond to locate another lamp to match the ones we had already purchased. We had a great experience at Ashley’s and look forward to Cathy helping us with our furniture needs in the future.

We went to Ashley looking for a new queen size bed frame. Cathy walked us around the store and showed us our options and we found something we liked. We now have it in our home and we like it very much. Cathy was extremely friendly and personable and helped us get this purchase made.

Ask for Lindsay!!! She was absolutely incredible. She did not push us at all. She didn't brother us while we looked, she gave us space, but made sure to check in. We actually purchased from them with most of our stuff because of her. She was honest and upfront about how long deals were lasting. We spoke to a man there and he wouldn’t tell us when the sale was ending, but Lindsay would! She is super sweet and I will definitely be going to her for all my future purchases!

We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. We are returning customers. They do a great job of providing excellent customer service and their salesman, Tom Powers, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was persistent in helping us find a sideboard that was on sale that we had seen on line and were having a hard time locating. Also, they helped us find a delivery person since our sideboard was a close out sale item and we couldn’t pick it up. We highly recommend Ashley Furniture for all your furniture needs.

We visited a few furniture stores looking for a loveseat recliner. The only store that a salesperson greeted us and asked us if we needed help, was Ashley. Cathy directed us to the area we needed. She checked on us often. We found a set on clearance, but it was damaged. She found another one at the warehouse and was waiting for the manager to tell us a price. We left the store and 5 minutes later She called and gave us an updated price. We came back and made the purchase. Cathy was friendly and we appreciated her sales style of not being pushy and leaving us to make choices without pressure.

Cathy King was very helpful today as we bought a couch. She was informative and not pushy, which are wonderful attributes of a salesperson, in my opinion.

We had such a great experience with Dana at Ashley furniture in Johnson City, she was so friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to answer all my crazy questions and helped me measure things before we made a purchase.. I loved working with her, she makes you feel like you have known her for years.. definitely ask for Dana if you happen to be in the JC store

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. I just recently moved and needed new bed sets. Cathy King is amazing and very knowledgeable on the items and prices. She was very nice and polite and took the time out to show different pieces in my price range.

We came in to buy a new bed and we didn't even know what options were out there. Lindsay greeted us as we walked in and was so friendly. She showed us all the different options of mattresses and frames, and was very knowledgeable. We finally settled on a bed! We loved Lindsay! We'll definitely go back to Ashley and we will ask for Lindsay every time!

We came in looking for a mattress after stopping by another local furniture store first. Cathy King greeted us as we walked in and we told her we were looking for a new mattress. Instead of showing us where the mattress department was and then leaving us like the other store did, she had us try out many different mattresses. She didn’t try rushing us on our decision and spent about an hour with us while we finally chose what was best for the both of us.

Guys, Tom made our first time purchasing new furniture a fantastic and memorable experience. Not only was Tom friendly and helpful, he also sent a thank you card in the mail after the fact. Who does that these days?? Go to Ashley, ask for Tom. Thank you, Tom! We’ll be back to see you again soon!

Dana has been a great help in finding the mattress for my fiancé and I. We told her our budget, our expectations, and our situation and she got us the perfect fit. She gave us her cell phone number as well, allowing all of our questions to be answered before we purchased. She was also very truthful about specific mattresses and what may not work for us. Had a great experience here at Ashley with Dana.

Lindsay was so great to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Moving from out of state, she made the whole process seamless and made sure my couch was delivered by the time I moved in. The couch was in great condition when I received it and the delivery was quick and easy too.
