I have been with Cricket for a few years, many good employees there. There is an employee there named April who has helped me tremendously, thanks to her letting me know about the disability discount I can now afford my phone bill at all times. Everyone there are good workers but April has gone above and beyond and all around Cricket is a good phone store with good service.

Very helpful. Needed a new phone and the lady was very friendly and super helpful getting everything transferred to the new phone.

I have had really great experience with the Lawrenceburg store KAREN is the best help she resolved every problem and question I had, very proud to have her as helper, and the other girls were very nice also, glad to be a cricket wireless carrier

This place is very helpful. Easily got some phone plans changed. However, I do not reccomend ordering online?- if you want upgrade go in the store- they are quick to help. Switching from ATT to Cricket saved me over $200 month... Unlimited talk text and data! (They are a branch of ATT but its not advertised nor stated)..... Still love the savings and friendliest and willingness of staff in local office to help. Caution; do not order phone online. Best to do in store.

Great phone plans and rate is awesome. Switched from a major carrier to Crickett. 5 lines and saving $140 month on my bill now, unlimited text talk AND data.! Very happy. I cant believe i paid $280 many years for phone service. Thanks Cricket!!

Great people that really go the extra mile to find the right phone & package to fit almost all needs. I have been with Cricket for a number of years after being aquired by AT&T & being able to use their towers. I get better coverage in the country than even my son (Who was on Verizon) and is now on Cricket. And even though you have to pay a little more upfront. They do their best to keep those prices down as well...But for example...I went from paying for 3 lines at Verizon at about $180-$250 monthly to Cricket with the same number of lines to $130 monthly. Thats with unlimited EVERYTHING on AT&T towers & getting BETTER BUY FAR, any reception I was ever able to get from Verizon!. I do wish Cricket would hurry along with 5g..Could help communicate even better in times like this. Again just an opinion from a Cricket member for about a decade & never really had any issues.

Wonderful service and such a friendly staff!! They try to help you get the BEST DEAL POSSIBLE! Also, every Holiday or just because, they have give aways! Always about the costumers!!

Wonderful customer service and all the girls are willing to help u the best they can. Just like any other place there are things that happen that are out of their control but they do everything they can for you.
