Dustin Dugger at the Lawrenceburg, TN, store was incredibly helpful yesterday. I went in a few minutes before closing, expecting to buy a new screen protector and leave; but Dustin showed me an upgrade in screen protectors and put it on for me. He was polite, informative and patient while discussing my account also. I highly recommend Dustin at Victra Wireless/Verizon in Lawrenceburg!

Upgrading my phone is a process I don't love to do often, but the Lawrenceburg staff members made the process smooth and easy. They were so thorough--helping me pick just the right phone and even updating my plan to save me money monthly.Suoer leased with Jonathan's professionalism and helpful attitude!! Customer service was excellent!

Oliver went above and beyond! Switching from AT&T and coming to Verizon to set up 8 lines and 6 new phones! Oliver was patient and kind through the whole process! Even while getting us set up he assisted multiple other people and made sure everyone was taken care of! He was not pushy and went over our plan and costs multiple different t ways to fit our needs and save us the most money!! Promote this man!

We were greeted by a very friendly young man who was very knowledgeable about our phone needs. He stayed past close and helped us with our dilemma and made us feel confident in our purchase choices. I got a new phone from Verizon 6/30/23 in Lawrenceburg too. I ended up not liking the phone. I was so nervous about returning it to trade out for another phone but Jonathan P reassured me it was all good. He made the transaction very smoothly and helped get me switched to a phone that was more compatible for me. He was so patient and helpful. Thank you so much

The person that set my appointment was very courteous. Dustin promptly came out to check my appointment time and name. I didn't have to wait. He helped me pick out a phone, went over phone plans and set my phone up for me. He was so friendly and did not make me rushed. Great experience.

Jamie was very helpful and was super patient and kind!!! She was knowledgeable about all the products even the brand new s21 she helped me and my mom set our new phones up. Super friendly environment from the moment I walked in the door every one there was great!!
