4. No self check outs and no line long lines.
5. Good selection of quality food and produce; a mix of
conventional and organic.

This is the first time I have been there. And I love it. It's a little pricey, (but what isn't these days), and worth it. If you like organic, fresh, and healthy this is definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely love shopping here. All products are artfully displayed. Everything is fresh. Great sushi made on premises. Fresh cut flowers, sandwiches salads and deli goodies.

Fresh Market is my favorite grocery store. The items offered here are superb and they have a very large selection. As someone who has to follow a low carb diet, the fact that they offer riceless sushi is amazing! I will say the prices at this store are pretty high, but the quality of the products is often worth the cost.

Clean, beautifully laid out but most of all the very best of everything. Upon entering you will be so pleased with the flowers, candy, fresh vegetables and fruits to the individual attention at the butcher counter, in the deli and do not pass up the bakery! The wine selection is great. You will be hooked just like me....a happy returning customer. I simply can't relay enough good information and description to express the high quality you get in every way at Fresh Market.

They were out of the NA beer I usually buy there but the girl in the bakery said she saw some delivered today and went in back and brought me 2 six packs

If I could afford it, I'd do ALL my grocery shopping here! The Fresh Market is the most impressive grocery store I've been to. They have products that no other local stores have from produce to cheeses to sauces & dressings. Their meat counter is phenomenal - such a huge variety of items. Their seafood has always been fresh. The prepackaged soups & salads & quiches are excellent. They have an amazing selection of craft beer as well!! I wasn't even looking for beer on my last visit, but a chocolate strawberry porter just in time for Valentine's Day couldn't be passed by! Staff is typically friendly & helpful & the store is always clean! This is without a doubt my favorite grocery store in the area & I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality grocery products & willing to pay the tiny amount extra to get them.

If you don't mind spending a bit extra money, this is a very nice place to splurge. They have high quality foods and a large variety of products. Their bakery is amazing. They have everything from coffee beans in bulk, to old fashioned candy and cheeses. But like I said, it is a bit pricey there, so watch your wallet. 😅

They have lovely gourmet coffees and treats. This is the only place in town, that I'm aware of, where you can get a gourmet cup of coffee for a $1.49. Their deli is stupendous and they have very nice sushi.

The staff here is always so helpful.

When Earthfare was open, I felt like I was bothering them if I initiated contact - even at the deli where they were supposed to wrap up stuff for customers. After a long work day, getting dinner from Deli was such a relief from cooking... But I felt like Earthfare staff were agitated I even came in the store.

I've always been received at Fresh Market Deli with positivity. They answer questions or make suggestions if I ask.

The food is always good.

I'm pretty sure they have the best bakery in Johnson City. They have French style pastries and desserts that are honestly as good as I've had in New York or Europe.
Even the cupcakes taste freshly baked there. (They have actual icing as well). It's the only place I'll eat store-bought cupcakes!

They have a large selection of different dietary food options. At least 5 different milks, dairy, flax, oat, almond, etc. They have so many coffees and grind sizes! So many nuts and seeds... Ice cream, health bars... The things I want for special diet needs are always available.

During this pandemic, they've required a mask to enter the store. Everyone is always wearing one. Which is important to me since I have family members that are high risk.

Classical music is always playing, the lighting is also nice. You can still see, but it's a softer light that that of most grocery stores.. Making it feel nicer and calmer in the store.

I like it. You will too.

I love our Johnson City Fresh Market! Every detail is attended to along with a beautiful shopping experience. Expect to find exceptional deserts, meats and a sundry of sauces and cheeses. The cashiers are extra nice and always helpful. The guys in the meat department are excellent at special cuts of meat and going out of their way. The pricing is very reasonable for the experience. Thank you for all your extra effort!!

Fresh food and helpful employees. Much improved organization from last year. Was able to check right in without a line. Maybe a 3 to 5 minute wait for the order to be brought out of the back where the order was kept refrigerated. Prices high. But this is consistent with all grocery prices these days.

We always have a great experience at Fresh Market. My last visit was exceptional. They didn't have the pre made salads I usually get with the Pizza's. The young man in the deli went to the back and made two of them for me. I really appreciate him doing that.

Great selection of items and freshly prepared hot meals.

Very good sort of a boutique grocery store. Great selection of meats and fish. Solid selection of organic vegetables. Kind of reminds me of another chain out west by the name of Sprouts.

I ALWAYS like shopping here! The atmosphere is amazing. Comforting, homey and friendly. I especially like the lighting - not overly bright like most stores are. Makes me want to just stroll around and browse the aisles. My only complaint is the high prices. My family of 7 just can't afford to shop there most of the time, but their $2.99 Tuesday deals bring us in on a regular basis!

I love going here. They make a lot of stuff fresh so you can pick up something good for your lunch or grab something to heat for dinner (heating instructions are on the wrapping). They also have an excellent selection of sweets. Cookies, cupcakes, & pies are available to buy or you can get something out of their bakery. They also make wonderful cakes! There is the traditional store aisles with prepackaged foods as well.

During the pandemic Fresh Market added Curbside pickup and it's a great addition to the store so you're able to get what you need without going inside (which is when I always spend more) and you can choose your pickup time.

Super impressed with fresh market today. Parking lot is full and store is crowded (2 days before Christmas), but they are fully staffed, their inventory is keeping up, and anyone who needs help is getting it quickly from a friendly associate.
