West Towne Pharmacy

I've dealt with West Towne Pharmacy since the 90's and never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone.

West Towne Pharmacy has a great selection of medical items as well as great Pharmacists that are very knowledgeable & will go out of their way to help anyway they can. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

AWESOME people working here!! I never have to worry about my medications here. The one time I did have an issue, it was only because they refilled something I didn't take anymore. I caught it while there and they took it off, No Problem!! Pharmacists actually pay attention to your record and look out for possible interactions! I could not ask for anything better!!

Our family has been customers at West Towne Pharmacy in Johnson City, TN, for over 35 years. The staff has always been extremely professional, helpful, and kind, quick to answer questions or find the answer if not sure (which is not often).
One of the things I really like and appreciate is that they KNOW who I am when I walk through the door. They remember about my family’s unique situations and health needs. They ask about my daughter and her family who live in Turkey. They care about us as people as well as customers. Even though there are 2 chain pharmacies and 2 grocery pharmacies closer to our home we much prefer to drive the extra time it takes to get to West Towne Pharmacy for the professional “home town” service we experience there.
When asked what pharmacy we use, there is NO hesitation in recommending West Towne Pharmacy in Johnson City, TN.

Very helpful and friendly staff that have gone above and beyond. As a new mom, I was trying to get a prescription for my baby through Walgreens. After several days of trying to find out why I wasn’t able to get it after the doctor had called it in and being it told it would cost me over $300, I decided to try a different pharmacy. I was able to speak to the pharmacist immediately, and she was helpful and explained the process to me. She was also able to confirm the cost was actually about 10% of what Walgreens was going to charge. This is an example of the level of care you get from an independent pharmacy versus a chain! Thank you, West Towne, for explaining a complicated insurance/doctor/pharmacy process to me and taking wonderful care of my family!

Amazing service! I arrived as they were closing and they graciously offered to stay and fulfill my wife's prescription. It was obvious they truly care about fulfilling the needs of our community.

Used this pharmacy since it was Corner Drug Store Downtown Johnsoncity. Getting used to the transition of new people and Owner. They are efficent caring and on point with meds and refills. I'll give them 5 stars the adjustment is me, not them. Im working on getting used to getting used to new faces and people. Thanks for everything y'all do I do appricate the care.

My wife and I both received antibody treatments for COVID today. The staff was exceptionally professional, kind, efficient, and caring.
