A hidden gem in Carthage. Atmosphere is like that of a far more expensive restaurant in a big city. The smashburgers are exception, as is the Carthage Hot Chicken. The fries are good, but the onion rings are amazing. Server was good, she just seemed a bit new at the job. Very friendly and the prices are the lowest you'll find.

Prices were incredible! I am so grateful for a sit down restaurant that has such reasonable prices! That alone deserves 5 stars. The pizza was amazing! The flavor was off the charts. Service was great too. I am impressed we have something so nice in Carthage. Perfect date night spot and you don't have to worry about shelling out a fortune!

This was a really nice surprise, the food was great, it came out pretty quickly, the restaurant itself is well decorated, the prices are reasonable. This place exceeded my hopes for a local restaurant. Only areas that could improve are rather minor, the table layout could use some work (one it too close to the door) and the napkins are not very functional. Overall I strongly recommend this restaurant!

We are pizza snobs! We make it a point to try all the pizza places and rate them. Nobels for the 1st time tonight. We had a large sausage and a large La Villa. It was awesome. Great sauce, fresh crust, flavorful meats. Top 3 best pizza ever for this family! We will go here again and that says a lot.

This was our second experience in a week at the new Nobel’s restaurant in Carthage. We were more than mildly impressed. Our first meal was their burger choice, which was in a word awesome. Burgers were large, juicy, and very economically priced. We came back a few days later to try their pizza. It did not disappoint. This has quickly become our favorite restaurant and we can’t wait to share it with family. You must check this out!

So glad they finally are open. We got the house made onion rings, loaded fries(served with house made ranch), the chopped salad, the wedge salad, the Pig Pen pizza, and shrimp scampi.

The star of the show was definitely the house made ranch dressing! The onion rings were good, but next time I’ll order them with ranch. The wedge salad was also really good and had a generous amount of blue cheese and bacon for just $3! They house make their pizza crust as well:) I definitely want to try more of their pizzas and a burger next time.

There are some little ‘soft opening’ kinks here and there, but overall a very nice atmosphere that will make an awesome new hangout. Our waitress ended up being very friendly and helpful. The menu is very nice, but not over complicated. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you get! We’re so excited about Nobel’s since the only other option is Mexican or a place that used to be cool, but has went downhill fast. If Nobel’s can keep it simple and nice having good prices, a good solid menu and friendly staff, they’ll definitely be a fixture of Carthage❤

I've been twice. They don't have a good selection of just plain food for the picky person like myself, BUT the food both times was good. They have a 4 beer limit, which is odd, so I wouldn't be looking to go eat there socially, but for a quick lunch, it's a great place. What I assume is the owner is a nice fella. The house ranch though, that's a no go for me.

Can't say enough about Nobels, The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The portions are perfect (could honestly make a meal out of the loaded fries appetizer) even with it being a limited menu right now you still have more than enough options. The food was really good and I could tell the patties were hand pressed. Will definitely be back and will bring more family

I dare to say best burger in Carthage. If you have a family like mine and everyone wants something different this is the place everyone will find something they like. Going back to try other burgers for sure.

I ate there today for the first time. The place is beautiful, the prices were great, the service was good and the food was amazing. This place is just what Carthage needs. There is no longer a need to travel an hour to enjoy a good meal with your family ❤. We love some of the other restaurants in town, just needed something different.

I had a wonderful lunch there! We got a tea, onion rings, 2 shrimp linguinis and added Alfredo for $33! Can’t beat the price! Food and service was amazing! We waited only 15 minutes and the food was fresh. The atmosphere feels like home. So glad to have this gem in Carthage! Y’all should try it.

Have been here 3 times and tried something different each time and was very pleased with each meal. Today the head chef, Sara, came out to greet us and ask for feedback, as it is a new establishment in our community. This was impressive. She was very knowledgeable and cared about customer service. They are definitely 5 star.

We placed a to go order (Hopefully, everyone will be able to place to go orders by phone VERY SOON!) The salad was very fresh and crisp and the pizza was very good! Loved the interior as well! One waitress was on duty and she was very nice and efficient.

For an appetizer, we had the Caprese salad. Main course we had Blue cheese burger, a wedge salad and Fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and chicken added to it. Very good.

Served VERY quickly. My daughters salad was very fresh. I got the wrap. The head chef Sarah even came out and asked how she could improve the wraps. The chef definitely wants this business to succeed.

I have been several times through their soft opening and have a few specific item reviews below. Overall, the head chef truly cares about the food she is creating. She is an artist in all she does and treats her in-house recipes with the same heart and passion as her other mediums of art. The overall feel is definitely still soft opening and training a lot of new staff. Be gracious and offer constructive comments / guidance if you feel the need to help them grow!

Caprese Burger
This salad on a burger was pretty darn good. I've never had a caprese sandwich or burger, but compared to the salad: The warmth brings out flavors in the elements missed in salad form. The melted mozzarella paired with the in-house burger was an exquisite pairing! I don't know that I'd "mess" with this burger like I do most (AKA ask for things to be removed or added). The ingredients were simple and didn't Need flavor help. It was also the least spicy thing I've had.

Fettuccine Alfredo
The fettuccine is not only exquisite on its own. It also travels impressively. Generally, if I find a good, authentic Alfredo sauce, it starts to separate in a togo travel time. Theirs did not. The pairing of that role with the Alfredo flavor is past a rivalry for Olive Garden's Alfredo and Breadstick combination.

Rasta Pasta
Overall the spice and sweet was a perfect balance and the pasta was well cooked. The grease level of the sauce/peppers and opinions was also well matched. The chicken chunks were well sized and cooked soft. There were a few that were, "grisely," but that seems natural. Over all it is amazing and there is not a dish anywhere around here that could rival it as a sweet-with-a-kick dinner option. Know that people who do not like "super spicy" should drink water or tea with it. Carbonation enhances the mouth tingle.

Pig Pen Pizza
It has a slight zing that leaves a good after taste that lingers. It's the kinda food that doesn't let people forget about it for a while. A traditional 3 meat pizza can't even pretend to rival this.

Good food and pleasant atmosphere. I’ve visited four times and had a different dish each time. All were very good. Salads are so very fresh and the homemade dressing is excellent. Good prices also.
