Dollar General is often a mixed bag of results and unique experience per individual store. Often these stores can suffer from lack of inventory management, inconsiatent themes with merchandise layout, and overall lack of proper organization and cleanliness.

This is NOT the case for the Rome, TN store in Smith County. This store is probably my favorite Dollar General in the county. It has a concise layout, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a very convenient entry / exit point from Hwy 70. There selection of products is also very vast, but layed out well and easily accessible in store.
