My husband and I came from out of town to purchase furniture. We had been shopping all day and felt bombarded with sales people. However, the moment we walked into Hanks, we felt comfortable and like we could truly browse without pressure. The salesmen were nice, but gave us our space. We knew immediately we wanted to buy from them. We purchased furniture that day!

Come time to call to have our furniture delivered, we had a bit of an issue. There was a miscommunication with us and the sales person and we were told that our furniture was going to be delayed by almost 2 weeks. This was upsetting since we live out of town and my parents who are Texarkana residents were going to be bringing us our furniture. Gerard at the store really helped us out and made sure that the furniture was in the store for pickup when we needed it, and he got us our furniture in time! I highly recommend Hanks for quality of product, comfort, and I give 5 stars for Gerard!

My wife and I spent a couple of hours with Bradley looking at sofas. While we did not end up purchasing anything that day, when we do it will definitely be from Bradley. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about his products. Prices were right in line with our budget and great quality. Never once did we feel pressured into making a decision. Highly recommend giving Bradley a chance at earning your business.

Josh Upchurch was an excellent salesman! He was extremely friendly and personable and addressed all of our concerns and questions. He's very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making our decision to purchase from Hanks. After looking at several other stores, we stopped in to see what Hank's had to offer. We were greeted by Randy Davis. He showed us several pieces and spent over an hour explaining details and options. Unfortunately, we had to leave to make an appointment. I called in later to purchase the furniture and negotiated a great price. Randy went above and beyond to help us with the deal. Great customer service and support. I highly recommend working with Randy.

A great furniture shopping experience. Jeff took great care to ensure our furniture purchase would be perfect for our needs. He was very friendly and remembered details. We will be returning to Hanks for our future furniture needs. Hoping the delivery and set up goes as smoothly, but pretty confident in the outcome.

My wife and I entered Hank's after already having looked at several other furniture stores in search of a new recliner. We were promptly greeted by store manager, Johnny Ray. I told him what I was expecting in my new chair as far as type of fabric, size and firmness. He showed me several choices, of which I sat and reclined (and almost napped) in all of them. We finally settled on one and paid the very reasonable price and loaded it up same day and took it home. As I'm finishing this review, I'm enjoying my new recliner. I highly recommend anyone looking for new furniture, to go see Johnny at Hank's fine furniture.

I shopped for a sectional since November, went to all the furniture stores in TXK looking for quality and a fair price. I went back to Hanks, I appreciated that the sales people didn’t follow me around while I was looking but was there if I had any questions.
I ordered my sectional on the 18th of January and received it on the 22nd of January. Bradley Watson was very professional as well as the gentleman that loaded my sectional for me. My experience was phenomenal and I highly recommend Hanks.

Shaun Dowdle rocks! He greeted us, introduced himself, and proceeded to ask what we were interested in seeing within a few minutes after entering the store. He took time--well over an hour--to find out our likes and helping us pick 3 bedroom sets for our new home. He gave us options and didn't pressure us to choose anything with which we didn't feel 100% comfortable. He came highly recommended to us from friends and family. Now I see why. He's the only one I would want handling my business.

My daughter and I went into Hank's Fine Furniture today, Jan. 7th. We were looking for a bed frame for my daughter. Shaun Dowdle, the sales associate that helped us was friendly and gave us the time and space we need to look. My daughter found the frame she wanted but since this was our first stop we wanted to shop around, so we left. Shaun had been very polite and patient with us, which meant a lot, because at the competitor's stores I felt like I was swarmed upon the moment I walked in then followed all over the store. We went back to Hank's because of the friendly customer service and great price of the bed frame. I wasn't sure about the size of the mattress we had so Shaun helped by giving me the measurements for a queen and full size mattress, then we left the store again and went home to measure. Then we came back, again! Shaun was so nice and funny about us coming and going, it was a pleasure to shop there!! We did end up buying the bed frame plus a blue tooth desk and a cool looking chair all for my daughter's room. It was a very nice change from the other stores, Shaun's customer service from the moment we walked in and to the time he loaded the furniture in the back of my SUV was helpful, friendly, funny, polite and easy going. Thank you so much!! I will definitely shop there again!!

I was met at the door by the best salesman I've ever had to deal with. Josh Upchurch. He listened to the description of what I was looking for and took me right to it. No pushy sales talk. Josh made me feel right at home. He worked with me to get the most beautiful furniture. A dream come true! Hank''s has a jewel with Josh!
