I walked in upset and left happy with a free tablet and accessories.Love the new crew. A young gentlemen Gabriel I think was his name he helped me have a good experience. I will definitely be coming back to see him🤗

I went because my phone was giving me problems and they helped me change the one I had. The store looked very clean.

They have a whole new crew and they are super friendly and fast. Jorge helped me out so much I went in with a budget and he got me fixed up with a new phone and case.

They have really work to renew my phone and take care of all the stuff on there and get me worked out and straight.

Customer service was excellent. Julia was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Very knowledgeable. We were treated with courtesy and she listened to our problems and concerns and fixed us up. Definitely recommend this store and the staff. Shane was excellent as well. They showed great team work. 10 stars

Julia helped me set up my new phone completely. Everything was so easy because she did it all for me. We had beautiful service and a wonderful atmosphere. We would be lost without her. We appreciate her. Julia is the best!!! Highly recommend this store and the manager!!!

When I first got service I started at this store and will not ever go anywhere else. I will always go here from now on. Julia fixed an issue that richmond rd could not fix 3 days and several trips later I decided to go to this store and julia fixed my issue within 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store and manager. She was a delight and super helpful. She listened to my problem and had it fixed in no time. Great manager and she should be promoted to regional district manager. Super helpful and knowledgeable. A++++

The New Boston Road store has the best customer service of all the locations in Texarkana. They are so helpful and go above and beyond for their customers.Shane is very friendly and easy to work with.

Best Metro I have been to so far. Julia was very patient with me and helped me move all my stuff to my new phone. Richmond rd was slow and had only one person working. Will definitely recommend this store and Julia. Excellent manager.

Absolutely love this store. Had an issue with my account went to the Richmond Road store absolutely no help, the person there very rude left. Went to the New Boston Road store and they got my stuff fixed in no time flat. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to the New Boston Road store hands down.

Shane at the new boston locations was great he helped with every problem we had when we went to two other stores and call customer service no one could help and and he fixed all our problem!!! And fixed my phone! Hes awesome!!
