McMasters Home Gallery

We furnished our new home from McMasters. Their prices were great and their delivery/installation was top notch. We’ve also enjoyed our Smoking Brothers Grill and the selection of seasonings and pellets they offer!

I have purchased appliances and living room furniture and am very satisfied and pleased. Purchasing items locally and supporting our local businesses means a great deal to me. The experience of having to deal with a local business versus a large chain corporation is totally different. I am a very happy customer and have recommended McMasters Home Gallery to my family and friends. Great customer service!

I visited the store several times looking at different pieces of furniture and trying to decide what we really wanted. Each time I visited the store the staff was eager to help. The staff was extremely helpful offering their knowledge of the products and answering all of our questions, which allowed us to easily our decision. I purchased a mattress and a pellet grill that has been excellent in meeting our family’s needs. I would definitely recommend that someone stop in and allow McMasters Home Gallery the opportunity to assist your needs.

Steve is amazing! We went in to look at beds, just to get an idea of what we might want. We left having purchased our new bed(which is awesome!!). Steve didn't pressure us, he talked to us like he would talk to friends. He described the differences in the mattresses to help us choose the best one for us. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel out of place. His entire team are just as friendly and helpful as he is. We will definitely be going back!!!

You can never go wrong at McMasters Home Gallery, Everyone is very helpful to your needs, no sale pressure, take your time looking around until you find what you need/want. I just purchase a new sectional and Megan was awesome to work with, answering my questions and ensuring it would fit in my den. I have bought all my furniture from this family and believe me, you will be treated just like family!!

I love shopping at McMasters. The prices are competitive and, more importantly, the service they provide is unparalleled. For both those reasons, we buy all of our appliances from them. This morning, I had overloaded my front-load washer and had pulled a wire loose when taking the clothes out. I called McMasters and they were there “pronto”. It is always a wonderful thing to shop locally. But it is even better when it makes such good sense. I cannot imagine this type of service being offered by the larger boxes like Home Depot.

Ii have always enjoyed doing business w/ the McMasters, even when they were Green's, where I bought my refrigerator/freezer. They have always been so courteous & so prompt when I needed something checked out. Mark is so dow home & explains things if you're interested in what's going on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Love how the place is laid out with soooooo many choices. Steve was very helpful with the style of couch and chair I wanted. While I questioned the design/color of the chair he matched up with the couch, ended up looking great! Thanks again for all your help!
