We have been looking for "the couch" for a year. Not sure why we never come to FMO. We walked in and within 3 couches found "the one" for us. They even delivered the same week. Dylan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Went Monday to look for a new couch and recliner. Had a great experience. The guys were friendly and helpful when needed. Loved the fact they let me look without following me around and being overpowering. And you can't beat the prices went to other stores and went back to them. Getting delivered tomorrow so will let everyone know that experience. But I'm sure they will be great and I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Tim and Ed my delivery guys were great! They even moved a loveseat for me so that my new chair would fit in my livingroom. We bought a motorized recliner. A peice on the motor broke. Called FMO and they were great with helping us. They ordered the part and came replaced it with no trouble! Friendly and great customer service. Thank you!

We've ordered several pieces of furniture from this store by now, and we've had a great experience the whole time! There was an issue where a sectional we purchased had a broken frame when delivered to us, but they were happy to send someone out to repair it.
