I started dealing with my salesman on the phone thru car gurus. He contacted me and pretty much almost had a deal through back and forth messages. Came into dealership to get car appraised and my salesman was friendly and non pushy. Friendly staff and overall non stressful car buying experience. Bought a car that day.

Nice vehicle, priced below KBB, a great deal. The purchase went smoothly. All paperwork was processed promptly.
We purchased on Tuesday, and we were able to pick up the truck on Thursday. Brian came in on his day off to make certain the cleaning and detailing were completed in time.

So happy with my experience and service at Harper Jeep, Chrysler, etc. I was a bit worried about taking my Fiat there since they moved from West Knoxville. My fears were alleviated when I was greeted by the charming and kind Kelly. It only got better when I then met my service manager, Madeline; you could not ask for a more professional, courteous, and knowledgeable person to get your car taken care of. I dreaded going to the new location on the challenging Alcoa Highway, but Madeline and the capable technicians took care of me in no time. Update 3/21/24 : Had to bring in the Jeep for 2 recalls one of which has caused a lot of Jeep owners a lot of issues. Harper once again hit it out of the ballpark. Great experience, can't recommend these guys and gals enough.

Harper was really clear and detailed about the repair process and what they were doing. Their warranty was worth every penny and covered all my repairs, even one I didn't even realize! They found a problem I didn't even know about and fixed it too. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a good dealership with great warranties and service department.

Brought my van in this morning to get an oil change. Somehow my appointment was not in their system. No matter. Kelly in service took wonderful care of me. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She is the best.

Great first time experience for an oil change. Madeline explained the process, showed me the beautiful, clean waiting room (with plenty of snacks) and within 30 minutes I was out the door. Karrar was awesome! He was absolutely patient with me during my jeep search. Tim was wonderful as well! He partnered with me on the latest trade in and found EXACTLY what I wanted. They even fixed a rear defroster for me before I purchased. They are wonderful. Everyone treats everyone like family. My cousin and brother bought their vehicles from there so I had to test it out! 10/10 would recommend!! Even the financing department and sales managers were great! Joe answered ALL my questions about the extended warranties they sell. I bought the very best one!! Can’t wait to see what they have in store next for a future purchase. ;)
