Have to give 5 stars here. This place is great. The service here is magnificent. Pleasent, knowledgeable and non judgemental. Very well stocked for size of store they are. The very large and very loyal base of regular customera should attest to quality and atmosphere of this shop. Alcoa Highway can be a trial but if you're out this way check them out. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Great customer service. Prices aren't to bad. Even though my brand went up $2.00 per cartoon not the stores fought, taxes you know but always have a good experience.

Staff is mostly nice. The reason I return here is value. They are very competitive and will not hesitate to show you same value products for less money.

I always go through the drive-thru with my non-driving older friend. She gets the same thing and the super friendly ladies that work there always remember her and her order and make her feel special.

My sister & i live out of state. When we cone down to Alcoa ( where we both went school & grew up . we always stop in. Sonny is incredibly friendly, we just love her. She was so helpful with all of our questions. Unfortunately we probably won't be back to Alcoa so, i juat wanted to say that She's an awesome person. Thank you

The people here are always awesome.
They have a drive-thru to make everything more convenient. I've been going here for a few months and when I go through the drive-thru they automatically have my order ready for me as soon as they see me pull up.

they have the best service and really friendly the lady that works there remembers what u get she works hard to give u speed of service with the drive thru and if u go in side she is a very hard worker and she strives to make your visit as fast and easy as possible I don't go any where else and they are real great on there prices it's the best tobacco shop hands down thank u guys for what u do and for your speedy service

Awesome place very helpful employees, first walked in years ago looking for something particular that they didn't have and I couldn't find anywhere else so they ordered it and kept it in stock for me.

I love this place. Not only do they have the best price on cigs, they have a drive up window and Everytime I pull up, they know me and always have my order ready. Even if the cigs were more expensive here, (but they aren't) I'd come for the customer service alone!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
