Had most of what I needed but provided friendly banter and conversation. Kristen I believe was the employee's name was great. Really appreciated them for being helpful. Also really liked the layout

What a Christmas wish - researched online and then went local. The ladies there were helpful and held their best blow dryer for me to get there only days before Christmas. My husband loves this blow dryer and it was only about the 10th one that I had purchased (not from Sallys) In addition, I purchased two brushes - lots of variety. I will be back - the deals were great also.
