Starbucks Indian Trail

Comfy lounge sofa to enjoy your iced coffee. Drive thru was a bit long so I went inside. Was pleasantly surprised by the nice lounge decor. It's been way too long since I've gone inside. Will go back.

I love my neighborhood Starbucks. My drink is always exactly the same and always ready when app says it is. I walk here every Saturday and Sunday morning early with my doodle and we sit in the corner and just enjoy people watching and being out in the community. The staff seem to like each
Other and appear to be enjoying what they are doing! Great location!

I will probably short of words or gramma mistake but Ash I think that’s his name is, he’s the person that make my day from -0 to +100!! He fix my daughter online order because the store at Fairview rd cannot make it since she order online and use the wrong address. But I got here at my store near where we leave and he fix the drink and plus I have a terrible day for personal reasons I had a headache and I was hungry, he took my order and I was ready to pay he said is on me! With his big and beautiful eye and smile. And of course I said I can pay. Is fine. He said not don’t you worry is on me. Of course me that slowly I been loose faith in some people, I look at him, I can’t believe it. I said anything but thank you so much. My eyes go watering, emotions staring all over. They were very professional they didn’t ask or say anything. I received my order I look at him way bye, and there’s he is saying bye to me too. People doesn’t know how small gesture can change the course of a day. Thank you so much. I hope I see you name correctly. Ash. You change more then a order.

I travel to numerous locations for work, and I typically locate a Starbucks near each worksite. It gives me an opportunity to compare the service quality of different locations. The Indian Trail location's drive-thru moves quickly, and the cashiers are pleasant, kind, and interesting. Lastly, I appreciate that they get my beverage just right!

When the drive thru line is long, it's best to quickly pop inside to get your order. I like the layout of the interior. You could lounge with a small group and chat while enjoying your drinks. Conveniently located, so that is also a major plus

I came this way because the Matthews location was closed for training, and I'm so glad I did! They were personable, efficient, and it's a beautiful location. Thank you so much for doing what you do. I wish this company paid you more for what you do, you deserve it.

This review is mainly for Ash! He is the absolute best. He makes my coffee to perfection and has the best customer service! I know if he’s there, the store is in good hands! Ash deserves a raise!!!! If he isn’t already a manager he needs to be!

One of the waitresses did not call me when the order was ready to be taken. She just left it on the counter and I had to get up from my chair to check to see if it was ready. If I hadn't made the decision to check, I would still be waiting for my order.

This is a nice new Starbucks. What attracted us to visit is because they have a big outdoor patio. Service was great.

Very friendly and did a very good job on my ice coffee.

04/25 8:30am. Girl at the drive thru was super nice and polite. Unfortunately, don’t know her name but her smile and help made my day better . She also noticed my dog and gave us a huge pup cup! I will definitely go back there again

I got an order for pickup. & by the time I got there within 5mins. It was already ready for me to grab.
The main reason I’m writing a review is because one of the worker at the far back right side. As I was near the door to leave. The girl said have a wonderful day to me. I was shock due to the fact, she looked busy and had a smile on her face. It made my day and I will coming here more often.

Fast, and friendly staff. Usually not too busy during lunch so there’s plenty of room to drop by and do some orders for work.

I just want to say that the employees at this Starbucks are WONDERFUL!! Even when they’re super busy, they always greet me so kindly and with enthusiasm. They truly brighten my morning. The service is great, even when the line is long. This is always my go to Starbucks in the area!! I appreciate everything these employees do!

I had an amazing experience this evening and it was all thanks to hillary. She was very attentive, sweet and made sure we got our order in an efficient manner. I love this location and the team there!

ex sbux barista here — this is my favorite location to come to (which is almost every day). I get the same order usually every time & the team here is incredibly consistent & always friendly despite how busy they get! I wish i knew everyone there by name, but I always have the best experience here in the cafe & the drive through. If anyone has a poor experience here, it’s probably warranted on their own part. So take the bad reviews with a grain of salt!

Every time I have gone there, the staff is SO friendly! They are so pleasant to talk with, they take pictures of dogs that come thru the drive thru AND they DO NOT just hurriedly pass off my order as if to say "here, get out now" like some other Starbucks drive thrus do. I know they are always busy but I do not appreciate feeling like I am cattle that needs to "git along". I few moments of kindness is appreciated. I hope they dont change because this is my new favorite Starbucks.

I love my local Starbucks. Everyone is nice. They know my name (from being a repeat customer) lol. The GM is wonderful. Just a great overall store.
