Joseph H repaired my generator today. He was very professional and neat. He went above the duty by resolving an issue with a part that was on order. Very pleased with this company.

Amazing experience in all, Mr Jeff with the estimate and Mr James and his helper was awesome. Replacing our unit that was 15 years old was something we’ve been talking about for a bit now. The ladies in the office and the crew made it so easy. Thankyou for being so professional, respectful and kind. I would definitely recommend them !

We had a cracked pipe that was causing a lot of issues in our home. We called AirSouth and they sent Gary to come inspect the problem. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. We ended up going with these guys due to having a great experience with our HVAC work. Gary came first thing in the morning he communicated well, kept us informed and more importantly fixed the issue that was a very tough job. We would recommend them 100%

Around 4 am I experienced my 3rd water heater leak since the freeze of this yr. 2024 ( 2 due to temporary fixes). I contacted AirSouth at around 6 am the same the morning. Yes they were already scheduled out for the day but when explained the urgency of my situation they were able to work me in. Thank God! That alone was a blessing but the guys came out, fixed everything and I had hot running water in no time. The young men (looked like twins but not, looked related but not) were very nice, professional, understanding and experienced. Matter of fact, the service from the 1st call to the last was great. I needed a one stop shop for home service needs so I will highly recommend AirSouth to everyone I know. Bless you all and thanks again, from a new customer for life!

AirSouth Cooling and Heating has been such a blessing for us. The intore process of getting a new unit only took 2 days from going over what we need to installation. This has been the easiest and most enjoyable experience we have had. Everyone was so professional, informative and friendly. The company even sends a pic of whoever they are sending to your house for safety.

James Walker was very nice and friendly when he came to work on my thermostat. I really enjoyed my experience with him. He was very diligent and patient with answering all of my questions. He arrived on time. I will recommend him to my friends and family. My crawl space was very small but he was not defeated with all of the obstacles that came his way. I'm very pleased with all of my results with him and the director.

Air South tech Elliott was great! He drove 4 hours and finished setting up our generator! The company has wonderful customer service. They keep you informed of when the technician will arrive and include a photo of the technician and a tracking link. I highly recommend them!

Spencer was great. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing, and polite. He was not able to completely diagnose our problem because the AC unit performed correctly while he was here. He did do everything that he could to diagnose the problem, but did not want to replace and charge us for parts that may not fix the problem. As a customer, I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Spencer and Air South.

My family and I was experiencing some, what we thought, slight electrical issues so we gave the company a call and what seemed like a simple fix turned into a time consuming day. But the electrician who came, James W, worked extremely hard and exhausted every possibility to solve the issue to make sure me and my had the lights we needed. I really appreciate his hard work and the help of the company and I would recommend them to anyone.!

Cant say enough good things about this experience- Gary was so experienced and friendly. He took the time to explain everything to me and did not make me feel stupid for not understanding the plumbing process. I have already signed up with him specifically to be my monthly maintenance A/C person as he offered me a maintenance subscription thing that I admit Idon't fully understand but i trust him! HA! I wont have anyone but Gary come here and work on my home for plumbing or HVAC. If I find out he remodels bathrooms, I will hire him for that too- he's that good! Highly recommend. Plus he was nice to my pets and children. All around impeccable character, and so was the adorable guy he had helping him. Class act of a team.

The recent ice storm left me with busted pipes and no water. I contacted Air South about the problem and they were quick to send someone out. I was blessed to have their plumber, Gary come out to my home. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Gary was able to diagnose the problem, secure the parts and have my water back on in a matter of hours. What a Godsend. Thank you, Gary and AirSouth!

Air South installed my new HVAC system in one day. The three-man crew was polite, professional, arrived on time, and got right to work. They protected walls and floors before installation, and cleaned up after the job was done. They were respectful of me and my pets. The job was fully complete, everything checked out, and I was shown how to use the new thermostat before they left. I am most pleased, and I recommend Air South and Matthew C.'s installation team most highly.

The tech was prompt and polite. Issue was simple. This company was really professional to deal with. The appointment person on the phone was also very good. They text confirmations and even send you a pic of the technician on the way to your home and call with an eta. Impressed with the service.

I am the manager at a water department, our back up generator didn’t come on after power went out. So we called to get a service guy out and Elliot Wallace came very promptly. He was confident professional and very friendly. He found the problem and got it fixed right up. Ordered the part we needed and got us set up with a maintenance contract. All around great experience. 10/10 recommend.
