They did a great job

Great job. Quick and easy hot water heater install. Guys were in and out in 45 min. They also cleaned up after themselves before leaving which is a plus.

Was charged an astronomical amount for man changing a stem in one bathroom faucet (which still leaks) and "repairing" bath tub faucet that did not work correctly after he left and is a lot worse now. Would not recommend.

Turn and run from this company. They will take your money, not fix the problem, then suddenly the secretary cant seem to get in touch with anybody that can fix the problem or authorize the refund for the job that was paid for but not completed..This was the worst experience ever.

I called to have someone come out to check my toilet because it wasn't flushing properly, I also asked for a leaking pipe to be fixed. They came out and fixed the pipes but whatever they did to the commode did not fix the problem. I was charged $450 for the job. I called to let them know that the problem was not fixed and they sent " the lead technician" out this time. He looked at it and did something similar to what the previous guy did and then said I've done as much as I'm authorized to do. I called the office to see what was found, and I was told that they can check the septic tank for $350. I mentioned that the first guy kept asking about the septic tank when he came out, which showed that he was thinking that could be the problem but wasn't sure. Instead of letting someone else come out and look at it for a second opinion, he just did something and left. It just seems like they really don't know what is going on but won't just say that but are willing to keep throwing out random things and try to overcharge me for them. I called all day yesterday to get an update, and the secretary kept saying that she has been trying to get in touch with Stanley. I called this morning, and it was a different lady, and she said the other lady told her to give me Stanley's cell number if I call. So basically, you never planned on calling me back or getting him to call me. I tried the number she gave me and left a message and of course there was no answer and no call back.. now, when I call the office, I keep getting the recorded message. It's so sad that they really do people like this and think it ok.

Charged me $250 to make things worse. Before they came I could use my toilet after I can't. Now there telling me get a new toilet. Snake it and no clogging so why is my washing machine water coming up my bathtub? They can't tell me without changing me more! I thought they was suppose to find and fix the problem not make thing worse. Thanks for nothing Stanley.

Charged an arm and a leg to not fix my problem. Ended up fixing the problem myself cheaper a faster than the half ass job they did. I do not recommend this company

Would not recommend...tells you after guy coming out for estimate to look elsewhere because had 30 other customers...really what am I chopped liver

As I've mentioned before the lack of communication is a big one. Don't tell me you're going to do something then don't do it. Follow through!!!!!
