Stayed here some years ago and the condos have been updated yet again. With the addition of professional property management courtesy of Sloane Realty, this place can't be beat for off season weekends especially. Immaculate condos. Pet friendly.

The accommodations are organized, clean and decent sized ( you have space here, some wiggle room folks). In my opinion this haven still has the quaint boutique reality immersion of past timeless stories. Inclusive air-conditioning is on point with fans in common rooms ( The location to the beach is perfect, with an easy walk across the street. The kitchenette and supporting items were all available. I maxed out the stars because everything here works! and its *Sunset Beach* nuff said. (The bed is comfortable!, convenient store across the street, pool was nice option and clean. The property is meticulously maintained. Holla!

These are older rooms that have been converted from a motel(?). They have been updated and are comfortable. The location is the biggest plus. You can see the ocean from your room and is maybe a two to three minute walk to a great beach access!

Stayed in room 106 with my wife and loved it! Close to the beach, clean and plenty of space. WiFi included free and cable! If you are looking for a specific room to rent that is updated, charming and has sleeping for more than one couple choose room 106! Clean and taken care of by the owners, non smokers and decorated wonderfully inside! Highly recommend

We loved this place so much we bought a unit and remodeled it entirely.. The locations is amazing and it is a perfect beach for families!! Unit 202 now features quartz counter tops, memory foam king size bed, brand new bathroom, and all new furniture. If you want a great place to stay that is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, then Sunset Beach is the place for you.

Great stay and we are able to bring our dog with us. Right across the street from the beach. Located near some nice shops with amazing people. We have been here twice and stayed in two different rooms and they were both great!

This cozy little establishment is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway to Sunset Beach. It's certainly not the Ritz-Carlton, but absolutely provides comfortable accommodations just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever experience.

PRO TIP: If you're complaining about the room, you're spending too much time in it. Go out and live a little...

While a little pricey for what it is but it's right next to a really nice beach access that leads to in my opinion the most beautiful beach in NC and 1 of my favorite places in the world. Room was plain but really had every thing we needed. We will be back asap.

Absolutely awesome we had c100 it was an awesome split level with 2 beds living room dining room and kitchen. nice clean cozy! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a nice affordable private experience in Sunset Beach

Clean, comfortable, centrally located, right off main drag across the street from the beach. We can see the ocean from our window. Nice swimming pool. Well maintained. Great value. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and very willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable.
I just moved down here from New York state a week ago and wish I had done it much sooner. The Southern hospitality here cannot be beat.

Great little motel right across the road from the pier. Can't be beat for a fishing trip.

Close to the beach, yet not as touristy as Myrtle. Much quieter.
