Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort

We have stopped a couple times @ this casino & really liked it. Finally stayed a couple nights this week & really enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean & modern. The staff in the whole resort are nice & friendly. The resort is decorated very nicely. I am mainly a table games player, but when walking thru the casino it seems like a lot of slot bonuses are always going off. It was the most fun I've had playing slots. I will be back.

What a simply beautiful facility. Rooms are stunning, service first class, and the casino actually pays out. Not big (yet), but we walked away with more than we came with.

The restaurants were very good. We tried all but the high end steak house. All were excellent, and priced competitively with stand alone restaurants in the area.

We have visited Biloxi a number of times over the years, and this was our first time to stay here. We will be coming back during the summer and will stay here again.

We love this place. We are working nearby, so we have lunch here every day. Make sure you visit the bakery.... it is the bomb!!!!! The piza is amazing and affordable. Just a tip. At the pizza place, a 20 oz bottled soda is $5.00, so instead go to the bar on the casino floor and drinks are free and you can bring them into the restaurant. Just remember to tip the bartender!

The Scarlet Pearl is the cleanest hotel and the has the best gaming on the Gulf Coast! Excellent service and friendly staff! Would highly recommend it to anyone who is heading to the gulf coast in Mississippi! The staff is always cleaning the machines and making sure you are happy! The rooms are awesome and they go out of their way to accommodate you!!!!

Just got back from a 4 day stay at the Scarlet Pearl.
The attention to customer service at this casino is second to none. Absolutely the cleanest casino I have ever been to.
Our room was spotless with fantastic water views. The choices of dining were spot on no matter what your palate is hungry for.
They treated my wife and I like we were part of their family.
I will definitely being going back to the Scarlet Pearl and that's probably the highest compliment I can give them.
If you enjoy the casino fun and atmosphere, then you have to make the Scarlet Pearl your next casino visit.
I'm sure glad I did.

Good afternoon My boyfriend book two nights this week for Valentine’s Day’s for us. Everything with our rooms and the food and casino was amazing. We will be back. Love how we got comps every time with play the slots was great. Never had that experience any other casino in Mississippi. You staff was amazing too. They was so nice. Thanks for amazing two days. Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The food was great, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the whole place was spotless, and the slot machines paid out nicely. The only negative I have to say is that they don't have microwaves in the hotel rooms so make sure to clean your plate at dinner time. Otherwise you'll be eating cold leftovers or throwing them away. Regardless of that one thing, it was still a 5 star visit and we plan on returning often.

It always gives me great pleasure to share my wife's and myself's experience. It goes without mention that my wife and myself are habitual and loyal customers at this casino. The staff are extremely experienced, very competent, and always satisfied the guests requests. I'm a disabled combat veteran and require special accommodations which are always satisfied through my wife and the casino. Altogether, bravo! Job well done.

This is definitely a Vegas feeling casino resort. The place has beautiful decor and is clean. The staff in the casino were very friendly and ready to help with any questions. I didn't have time to play a lot but I did see plenty people hitting on the slots. I will definitely be back.

Definitely luxury at its best. The rooms were superb. The beds comfy and the pillows plump and relaxing. Very modern rooms and baths. The security and service was spectacular. Casino areas with such a variety to choose from. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and will be back. Thank you

We can not say enough about the Scarlet Pearl. Our room was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. We received an upgraded room and we were in awe and wish we had been staying longer on this leg of our trip. The staff throughout are friendly and helpful. The security to the rooms is top notch with checking id's to room numbers, we have stayed at other high end hotels in the area and have encountered panhandlers where they should not be so even though to some it may seem over the top we appreciate the fact that someone won't be roaming the hall outside our room that should not be there. The casino is kept clean and machines are wiped down regularly. The food and waitstaff at Under the Oak has always been good and friendly. The only reason I didn't give a straight 5 star rating is the location, however, they make up for it for being a first class gem. We will definitely be returning to the Scarlet Pearl in the future.

This is one of the most beautiful casinos in Biloxi, MS! I accidentally deleted my video of my room, however I have visited a few times and the customer service is always top notch. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, the restaurants have great food, and there are boutiques to satisfy your shopping urge. The casino floor is spacious as well. Would definitely recommend that you visit!

We enjoyed our time at Scarlet Pearl hotel and casino. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a very unique bathroom with its own temperature setting which was nice to make it a little warmer for when getting out of shower. Lovely smelling toiletries as well! The bed was VERY comfortable, we even napped our first night in before heading down to the casino! We only wished we had more time there. We will definitely book Scarlet for our visit to Biloxi!

I love the Scarlett Pearl . They have great moments where everything is winning....everything is hitting...or not. .I was not a huge fan of staying at this property. It was clean, and the staff was somewhat helpful... But, The toiletries and rainfall shower head were the best part of the room.

This was my family's first time staying in a casino resort .
The valet customer service was excellent, the hotel had beautiful decor, and the front desk individuals were so helpful.The security was insane you can't get to your room without ID . If I'm going to grab pizza and coffee I wouldn't automatically grab my DL but at SP you better or you may have a problem getting back to your room . Great security and I can't blame them for doing their job and keeping the customers safe. If seemed very excessive to me.

I was actually sleep in a that very comfortable bed after a long drive and I had to get up so that my husband and children could come and join me in the room.

When I checked in I told the individual at check in my husband's name and I thought that they added him to the room. I also informed them they were arriving later in the evening . Being woken up for them to come up to the room was really ridiculous in my mind especially after I informed customer service who he was and the time they were arriving.

Although this is a beautiful property with spectacular views from the room we will never stay at a hotel casino resort again the smell was hideous all I smelled was cigarette smoke !!! Investing in better ventilation system would help in a tremendous way.

The pizza restaurant the kids and I loved. They enjoyed watching homemade pizza being made and the brick oven taste was awesome. But we couldn't stay downstairs and eat because there were people smoking 2 feet from us.

This was my first time staying at a casino resort I always thought that all casinos has a dedicated smoking area. When you enter the building the cigarette smell hits you in the face and it really took away from the beautiful ambience.

Needless to say we enjoyed our night and we left early and ended up at margaritaville where I think children should be in the first place. Much success to this beautiful hotel. I don't think it's family friendly especially if you have children under the age of 14.

We had a great time at the casino. It was clean and very friendly. Lisa our bartender was fabulous and went over and beyond to take care of us. Unfortunately we did not win but had a great time trying.

Best casino on the coast by far. Smells amazing and it is always so refreshing when you walk in. The restaurants are great and the food is served perfectly. I love the rooms and how spacious they are. The casino is clean and open. Greatest adult fun for grown ups and somewhere we can also bring our kids to have a wonderful time too.

Wonderful 5 night stay at Scarlet Pearl. Love they offer smoking rooms and have well ventilated casino floor for smoking. Everyone I meet from housekeeping to check in were gracious and inspiring to great customer service. Always a smile.
The security at the elevators is a little to much for me since your room key must be used in elevator and will only stop at your floor level. It's just to much!
Last, to give your guest more dining options please bring back the wonderful buffet. It's past time!
