It's okay. Not what it used to be but was able to find some shirts and summer shorts for my husband's birthday and some new summer sandals for my self..
It's still good to be able to go to a department store and try on things before you buy..

Clean well stocked store. They had some sales and we found some nice bargains. They have a big selection of Slippers so we found the perfect pair. Friendly staff were courteous and helpful.

This Belk is great, especially the beauty section. Angie at the MAC counter is so vibrant and ready to help you...best customer service I've ever had at Belk! I will go back there just to shop beauty products with her. It's not very often people will go out of their way to help you this day in time, and I just had the best experience at this Belk today.

I stopped in to look at some Christmas gifts for the wife. I not only found her gifts but I also found all of the staff to be very helpful . Great sales. Great selection. Great staff. A winning combination. 👏

Great sales but better customer service. Shout out to Cathy (from online sales) that helped make our in store shopping experience great. She might handle online orders usually, but her working the floor the Sunday we visited made the difference between finding what we needed and going somewhere else.

They made my mother feel like she was rich and I got a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes

Great place to find every single item you're looking for, clothes, shoes, suitcases and home decor, loved the place, the prices and the service, someone helped me out to find everything I was looking for and she pointed me out on some great deals they had.

Great sales. I found a lovely dress marked 102.00 for 43.00, not crowded. Kind sale people. Dressing room is full of things needing to be return to the shopping area.

I absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful always willing to help. The bargains are the best, mrs Linda on the second floor is wonderful and funny !! She takes care of her customers and her store. This is my favorite store and I will be returning, I live in ocean springs but when I have such great experiences I don’t mind the drive!

I love to shop this department at Belk. Maria is a ray of sunshine always so bubbly and most of all knowledgeable in recommending or answering all my questions on products and applications. It’s rare to find someone so caring in all the chaos nowadays. The Estée Lauder Double Wear is now my favorite foundation. Thanks to her my face is no longer sticky in this humidity. In fact I am now using several of their skincare as well.

Employees are very helpful and they have most of everything pricing is the best they have quality so it's worth the price. I never ask about 10%off. Being a veteran it helps also they sell Levi's thanks Belk keep it up.

They had what I needed in my size. Fast and friendly service
