My sales agent was Justin Chaney I mean the guy is AMAZING. He definitely deserve a raise. He took his time with me , he help me make sure it was something I wanted and was comfortable with helping me explore options with great prices! He absolutely is the best in the company !

My husband called the day before we went. He spoke with Bliss and told her what we were looking for. She explained everything to him. We went the next day and we were greeted just like we were family. We asked for Bliss but she was assisting another customer so one of her colleagues stepped in and I believe his name is Blake. He walked with us and showed us the options they had available. Bliss was able to complete the transaction. It was quick and fast service with a smile.

My experience was amazing!! My sales representative Bliss was very informative, helpful, and gave me a great selection of furniture to choose from!!! If i could leave a hundred stars I definitely would!! If you haven’t already please go visit Bliss at the Woodstock in Meridian!

Mr. Russ at Woodstock in Meridian took really good care of me. He was very patient as I navigated throughout the store in search for a specific look. He was very knowledgeable. I showed him pictures of my interest and he matched them almost identically. Woodstock has beautiful selections for affordable prices. I would definitely revisit this store in the future! Another good experience with Meridian Ashley’s and our salesperson Myles. I was making a decision on what to purchase between two companies. I decided on Ashley because my salesperson always takes great care of us. Ashley had a good selection and good prices. All the staff there are very helpful and friendly.

I dealt primarily with a very nice lady, Bliss. She went out of her way to work with me via the phone and computer since my mobility is somewhat limited. When the delivery men, Sam and Malik, delivered my new furniture I was thrilled! Bliss had shown a high degree of professionalism and good taste coordinating the pieces of furniture I selected via phone. She had done an excellent job. I was most impressed with the two delivery men, Sam and Malik. They set out to deliver and set the furniture up efficiently and wasting not one second! It has been a very long time since I dealt with a business with such high standards as Woodstock Furniture. I will deal with this family owned business as I replace the rest of my furniture.

Justin was a great help by making the impossible possible. He was able to help me find a recliner that would fit in a very small place and very quickly. All of the staff are very professional and friendly from the sales department to warehouse personnel.

It was a great shopping experience. I was welcomed by Justin, who inquired as to my needs and quickly explain the items that were available. He told me to take my time and when I was ready he would be available to assist me which he did. He explained and demonstrated the bed that I was looking at and the features that it had and he assisted me with my checkout process which went smoothly. Thanks to Justin for a great experience in shopping for furniture.

Very good customer service. The manager attended to me with a smile and listening to my concerns. She was friendly and attended to me individually. She assisted to make best choices.

Staff was great, Brent took care of us without being overbearing. Gave us clear concise communication and made sure we knew every detail from start to finish. Facilitated fast delivery and quick financing. Would recommend to anyone.

No pressure sales person. Branson saw what I was looking for and we went right to it and did the deal. We made arrangements for delivery and moving the old furniture. Truly professional and I highly recommend this company.
