Dr. Robert S. Justus Sr, DDS

The staff was great . I am terrified of the dentist due to some bad experiences but the doctor really surprised me I could barely feel the shots or anything else. He was gentle , took his time, and was very respectful. The women up front were very respectful and polite .

I've been going to Dr. Justus for a while now. He's wonderful and takes good care of anyone. He goes beyond to help you as much as he can. My wisdom teeth removal were pretty tough for him and me, but he did a great job. I refer him to anyone who asks me about a dentist. Thank you Dr. Justus for your awesome atmosphere at your office and your attitude. It's always a delight to see you.

Great dental hygienists that are always gentle with my sensitive teeth. I also had periodontal work done at this office and had better results than other offices I had been to previously. They're willing to work with you when insurance is being difficult approving procedures. Highly recommend!

Finding a dentist is like finding a medical doctor, you gotta do your homework. I prayed for a dentist you see I like to smile but I 😬cracked my tooth 🦷 and I was in serious pain. I went to a consultation and by the time left the office I knew Dr. Robert was the man.! Lol. My tooth was removed without any pain, and the cleaning was awesome. . You Rock, Dr. Robert. I got a Colgate smile now😁

Dr Justus & his whole staff are extraordinary! I’ve been going there a long time & wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. They always greet me with a smile & are so very helpful. I highly recommend this amazing team of caring professionals. They truly care about their patients. ❤

Dr. Justus provided awesome service today. Eventhough he wasnt feeling good he still made sure I was comfortable and wasnt in any pain. Thank you Dr. Justus and to the staff for always providing the best service!

The staff is amazing. Dr Justus is an amazing man. But their front desk rep “Kelly” is the most rudest and nastiest person I’ve ran across in a very very long time. Might want to reconsider who you hire to represent your company and your name. That’s the ONLY part I dislike going to see Dr Justus’ office. I mean most people have a fear of dentist, like myself and being the first face you meet walking into their office makes the whole experience that much more uncomfortable. She just has the rudest rudest smart mouth. Treats you like you are NOBODY. You are just dirt in the bottom of her shoe. I’ll continue to see Dr. Justus and his staff but I so hate coming in contact with his front desk rep. Needs to be addressed if you ask me.

I had a very painful abscessed tooth in in need of emergency care. Dr. Justus was my dentist at that time but was not avaiable to see to my urgent need for care. Although in pain he would only offer me an appointment for an initial consult in nine days and required an additional appointment at an even later date to perform the extraction. I called Dr. Tracey Lott at 9am and got in same day at 1pm. He performed the extraction immediately. Problem solved.

Have a tooth that is fractured and needed root canal. My dentist in Columbus does not perform root canals so I decided to call Dr Justus office(since I just recently moved to Columbus and all my family is still in Meridian) and explained the pain I was in and they worked me in to get tooth fixed. Upon arrival after I drove 1 1/2 hours and paid $100 deductible I was sent to the back and then once he looked at it was told he wasn’t doing a root canal and I would need to schedule an appointment for that. When I called I explained what needed to be done. I will not go back there and sad thing is my family knows Dr Justus very well through church and was treated in this manner.

Don't have your wisdom teeth done here if you value your health or your medical privacy. The entire experience with the procedure and beyond was an absolute nightmare. By far the most unprofessional medical office I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

Seemed like a nice place...but then you get put on hold for 15+ minutes just wanting to make an appointment for a cleaning. No thank you.

This place has very rude and impatient people answering there phones and the guy that’s working the phones is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL you all may want to consider who represents the company because it’s bad business and that was just over the phone how rude they were
