Best staff in Meridian. Everyone from the anesthesiologist, to the nurse, to Joel himself had me feel super safe and welcome my whole time there. Definitely recommend

They got me in for services quick

The staff is great except for the front desk lady. You would think the face of the company would be a tad more compassionate but everytime I call its like she wants to argue? I just went in and requested a doctor's excuse for a week and instead of simply helping and seeing what she can do..she said Dr. DRUMMOND does not do that he only does it for 3 days..I have to go into detail about my job requirements and that I'm still taking strong medicine to cope with the pain..she puffed and walked away as I was talking and said she will ask. Low and behold she comes back with a 10 day work excuse..hands it to me and does not say a word. Not a "I'm glad we can help you with this I hope you feel better". So I say great I'm glad he's able to do it! She says "yup just until Monday". I'm really in alot of pain and I appreciate what DR.DRUMMOND has done and the insurance lady is also very sweet and helpful. The surgery went great! The IV didn't even hurt I was very impressed and happy. I hope the front desk can work on being a little more caring..it would mean alot to people that are in pain and need some help.
