Jimmie Rodgers Museum

Fantastic memorabilia! It's definitely worth a visit. My favorite part were the letters that Jimmie wrote; they told a story. It's a lost art. The staff was very knowledgeable and allowed us to move at a pace that was convenient for us, never hesitating to answer our questions. They also were accommodating and opened their doors for a private tour.

Didn't know if we would get in. Saw something about reservations. We got there and Joseph had just got back from a break. He was so knowledgeable and we were impressed with him. Great museum. Donations.

Absolutely fantastic! Free, but tour guide was phenomenal!! Definitely worth a stop.

We thoroughly enjoyed the museum. Joseph was very knowledgeable of Jimmy Rodgers and his life, friends, business, just a wealth of knowledge.
My dad is 90 and my in-laws from Iowa along with my wife and I had the pleasure of his presentation by ourselves and had the opportunity to ask all the questions we wanted. He had the answers too! For such a young man to have the appreciation for the history of so many genres of music says a lot. He will be remembered for a long time to come. The museum was filled with donated items and originals of Jimmy Rodgers too. Very impressive and recommend if you come near Meridian definitely check it out.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. The collection is wonderful. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.

As a singer and musician it was humbling and inspiring to learn about and see first hand the sacrifices that Jimmie Rodgers made to leave this awesome legacy of music for people to enjoy for all time.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly. They were knowledgeable and passionate about Jimmie Rodgers and all of the wonderful artifacts that are in the Museum.

Thank you Susan and Bill for an experience that gave me tears of joy and a lifelong memory.

Amazing place. Would come again. Love Jimmie Rodgers and loved seeing all his memorabilia.

New Location More to see

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great place to visit for anyone interested in country music history.

Have yet to visit inside but look forward to it. Several things outside to see and a neat place to have lunch.
