Meridian Pediatric Dental Group

We had dental surgery today with Dr. McDonald. And let me say she is just amazing!! The office visits prior to the surgery was 10/10! Staff was so friendly, they have answered questions I have had between the office visit and the surgery. The surgery was very smooth, Dr. McDonald even called personally to check on my daughter. I live an hour away and will continue to make that hour drive for any and all dental needs because this dental group is outstanding!!

We recently had our first visit( with Dr. Shelley McDonald after being referred from another provider for dental procedure that would require sedation for my child.
Our initial visit (consultation) was great, my child was so comfortable and calm.
Her procedure went wonderful!
The office staff is amazing!

My son had is very first procedure done a few days ago and let me tell yall, little four your old boys are a lot to handle when it comes to knowing your about to have some work done let alone in your mouth 😂. The staff members and Dr. McDonald were very helpful, encouraging, and great support in making my son feel comfortable! 💕 thank you ladies so much for the amazing experience for my son to not be scared to go to the dentist 🤗

We went for our first visit today and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The wait time wasn’t long and everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful! They made my daughter feel very comfortable which is great since it was our first time there. 🩵

They was amazing….. I couldn’t have ask for any better ladies to take care of my son than the ones that work there…. They treated us just like family and I will not go anywhere else…. Thank yall and special thanks to Mrs. McDonald…..❤❤

Meridian Pediatric Dental has a great staff! They really know how to teamwork as a staff! More importantly they welcome there patient's and patient families with love.

This office has some of the sweetest, most patient women! They were especially patient with my two year old who did not want to cooperate at first. As a mom, its very easy to feel super guilty over not having perfect checkups. Dr Shelley and her staff were very understanding and encouraging. They gave me some helpful tips to help with brushing and sent us on our way. I could not be happier with this office and their staff.

I called her on A Friday when her office is closed. Her voicemail actually provides her cellphone number where she can be contacted after hours. Imagine my surprise when she answered and answered with a pleasant tone. She went above and beyond what I was expecting from her on her day off. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. A true professional with unmatched customer service.
