When I moved to Meridian in 2020 I was at the beginning of my major dental journey. I had just learned that I have advanced periodontitis and I needed a lot of help. When I asked around town "Who is the best periodontist in the area?", everyone told me to “go see Dr. Justus”. I will never regret that decision!! For the last 4 years, Dr. Justus, Dr. Martin and the amazing team at Meridian Dental Associates have helped me through my tough dental journey!
We love the team at Dr. Justus’ office so much, our entire family now sees them for regular cleanings and major work. The amazing ladies at the front reception are always great with communication on pricing and appointment times. I am still on my major dental journey. And even when I am terrified to be in the chair, Dr. Justus’ amazing crew make me feel comfortable, understood and way less terrified! I can’t thank these folks enough for all their hard work, support and dedication to their clients!! I look forward to continuing my dental journey with Meridian Dental Associates!

My husband and I saw Dr. Justus for 2 years before we moved away from the area. He was professional, friendly, and did knowledgeable. He was one of the best dentists I have ever been to. I would recommend Dr. Robert Justus to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Justus is really good but his receptionist is a rude, hateful, spiteful and condescending piece of work!!! She will cost him all his business if he doesn't get her out of there.

Called with a broken tooth and pain. Recaptionist was completely unconcerned and said she would be able to have me seen in 4 weeks. I understand if I was talking about cleaning or routine care but they just don't care. My vet is more concerned for my dogs than these people!

Not impressed. I do, however, like how Dr. Justus treats his patients. He is kind and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. HOWEVER! Their billing is the most goofed up billing I have ever seen. I was given an estimate at the beginning of what I needed to have done. I go and was told I owe more than $100 on something I was told was only 35 because I made a payment from the last time. It showed my delectable and payment on another appointment as "credit." So I paid what I had to THEN get billed for something else! I have never in my life! I got a statement from them and within a week I was getting a call wanting to know if I got the statement and that I needed to pay the balance. I got kinda ugly and told them I would make a payment on the day I could because I live pay check to pay check.... Not impressed.... I have no problem with the staff, other than the one I got ugly with, but boy.. what a whammy. I am looking for a new dentist to use.

God forbid if you are dying of a toothache and HAVE insurance your better off pulling the damn thing yourself
