Salty Dog Gem Mine

Very quaint fun for little kids! My 5 & 7yo had a blast driving the electric cars, also scored big time mining for gems. My 12yo loved the paintball target practice. Everyone left happy with souvenirs and it was very reasonably priced! We brought a picnic lunch and ate at their tables. Dog friendly and Bathrooms were clean. Thanks for the good time.

Literally stumbled across this place, and SO glad we did. This was such a great experience! From arrival to departure, the customer service is unmatched. You don't meet decent people everyday, so this is definitely a hidden gem. Go!!!!

We came up on vacation and my girlfriend wanted to do gen mining so she had a blast digging through the dirt and water finding magnificent stones while I was gold panning. The gold panning was pretty fun actually felt like I was searching for gold somewhere in the creeks Nd found a good bit of it.

This place is a hidden "gem" for families and adults to have fun! We had paintball target practice, mined for gold and putt putt golfed! The owner was super helpful, can't recommend this place enough!!

This place has so much to offer! The prices are reasonable, there is a variety of different activities to enjoy, and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I was here a couple weeks ago and drove a ways to get her. Im originally from s. Florida. Debbie was very sweet but i wish she would hVe told me this was for kids. Im 58 and just wanted to find stones naturally so i could take home and have surprises to uncover. As i rinsed them they were all the shiney ones that were in the photo she gave me along with a couple raw ones thrown in. So it all was planted which bummed me out. They must be awesome though for school kids or camps because everybody got stuff and noone felt cheated. I just wish i got a bucket that nobody knew what was there....not even the owners....even if i got nothing.
My fault though for not thinking to ask more questions. Thank you for the experience!
