The new manager, Shawanda, really made my visit truly pleasant as I was having a not so good of a start, she made it turn around for me. I am grateful that you have her on staff. It takes a special person to take time out of their day to help someone else day better. I thought you would like to know if there is anyone that makes a difference in your membership. The bank there was great, but it does me absolutely no good since I have no access to go to it. I would have to drive many hours to find a branch outside of the base just to have bank access. Sad since I used to work in Pass and ID but now can't even have access to the bank I used even after serving in the military and working in the very department that gave the civilians that work at the bank the access to go there...

So sick of Navy not caring about us or stranding us on vacation. The lady on the phone said to us.... "Yep, you are right we are just looking out for the banks losses.... Not yours"

Disgusting bank. If you need help even after being with them for YEARS… they don’t care.
